Check for the Playstation 3D Display, it's 24", is capable of 3D and you can get a used one for around 150$ (I don't know about new but it's not worth buying full price unless that's under 250$)

Bio (description of your characters past, present, and future goals): James grew up on his own. He was an only child and didn't really have any friends at school. He excelled at school and passed all his classes with ease. It was too easy for him. He is very intelligent as well as ambitious and his academic achievements had enabled him to enter the force as an assistant inspector and ought to have placed him on a fast track of promotion. However, that advantage was stripped from him as the result of what he insisted was a small mistake (the nature of which is never explained), and as a result he was demoted and transferred to Los Santos in spring of 2013. Despite this, James maintained his status as a detective, though he continued to resent his superiors for their decision and also his former colleagues for supporting it. James doesn't plan ahead in life, he's far too invested in work to think any farther into the future. He has an odd obsession over chicken nuggets and often picks some up on his way home.
Personality (Angry, depressed, obsessive, etc): James has become lazy, and sarcastic. He brushes off any type of insult and doesn't seem to get angry. He is usually happy and easy to get along with. However he is easily annoyed if things don't go as he planned.
Vehicle: Cheval Fugitive (to work), Bravado Buffalo S (in case Fugitive is wrecked)
