I would say that's clean because you have two wheels on the road. Remember this is supposed to be a public road so the white line's gotta just be an emergency marker.

I'm going to guess he finishes higher than 4.1
If the game allows me to.

I'm inclined to say dirty. There's too much run-off exiting the 2nd to last corner. Found that out by mistake today.

Anyways, where is a steward when I need one? I'd like to Q now. :)

OK, just needed to see about that, so it's like de la Sarthe.

So, is this considered dirty or do we amend the ORL here like the wall contact at Tokyo?

Quoted from the OP:

- The white lines that run the length of each track are considered the track boundaries. This boundary extends in the corners to include the rumble strips.
- Each driver is expected to keep at least two (x2) tires within these boundaries at all times.

:)

I like the rule. I also like nitpicking :sly:. So just for clarification, is it enough to have two wheels on the line, or must they be on the tarmac within the lines?

On the line is fine, but honestly if you go two off more than likely you're going to lose time from it.

OK, so the above pic would be dirty?
Great, I was using all the track to get my 13s, now I will need to adjust.

So...I've been doing some research lately. I was doing some reading up on the GT Academy and reviewing the top driver lists. I already knew about turboman, but jezzz, it's no wonder I'm sucking wind here.

Now I have to race against some potatochip guy in a F10 on my other series.

They are all a bunch of aliens :sly:

Which is why I don't mind finishing 4.1 or even lower at times. :D

I need to get mine in before the hockey game @ 10 as well.

*and thanks for bringing up the boundary issue.. I was running under the assumption that just keeping it on the grey stuff was good enough. I prefer the more draconian boundary personally. 👍

Trying to get into the final is where I met these lunatics. ;)

As of now I'm scheduled to work Sunday night, haven't worked a night shift yet (2nd I guess) but it appears to be so.:(

Room is still open with many peoples in it... 3 cars qualified so far. 👍

here's my car (btw I have rigidity++):

Weird though I tried both tunes and the only one that remotely works for me is outlaw's.

After 6 laps managed a 1:13.054

IIRC, your tunes usually have been a good fit for me, so I'm not surprised it goes the other way.
dude, we settled on scary similar cars.
Which explains pretty similar times. :sly:

Q went pretty well, matching my trial runs. What's been noticed in practice races so far is the ease of getting damage, especially from other cars.

We'll all my tunes are found elsewhere on this site or the internet. Never created by myself, cause I don't know squat.

I can do the 29.6's in s1 and stay within a tenth in s3 but you eat me up in s2 .. usually by about 4 tenths. :ouch:
From what I saw, you can carry more speed through the corner after the downhill hairpin. Also, the blind left after that can be taken full throttle. Basically, you'll need a Scandi flick by swinging the car right after exit, then go back the other way. It will get the car turning nicely through there without too much worry about going wide on exit.

I'm pretty sure most of us aren't. I'm not. I want rotation :D
