Edit: Decided to go it alone on this one since I got a late start. Managed a 1:18.637 then made a small change and wasted the next hour trying to match it and coming up half a second short. Reset to the old settings and got within a tenth of that, so I guess I'll leave it alone.

Did exactly the same thing last week at Suzuka RT. I've never run this track before but it's actually really good fun! Low 1:18.xxx for pole me thinks.

Well if you can imagine it was rotating too much in a few corners, so I adjusted the ride height to tune some of the rotation out and it didn't do anything but slow me down. But, as the front tires wear it should fix that issue itself as the race goes on. Will just have to be careful. I'm relatively happy with the car, so my next run will be for qualifying then in the garage it goes until the race.

I'm stuck at 18.90 I'v run the time 4 times and can't get lower, looking at 19.4 average.

I can imagine, mine was wanting to leave the track back end first as well. Like you adjusted the RH and stiffened up the rear springs a bit. Got it now so it's only a bit wibbly on the out lap.

Thanks. The lap felt ugly and I'm not sure I can sustain it if it was a "clean" lap anyway. It just felt really hectic.
