The grids are going to be finalized 2 hours before the green flag (as it says in the OP), but there will be 16 in room 1 15 in room 2 as it stands.

Looks like 15/15 actually. After the botched qualifying basse told me he was going to skip this week if his time didn't hold up for D1. So we're actually @ 30.

Was just about to write that i will not race. Part of it is the bad quali, the other is that i will be watching f1 on my ps3 so i cant know for sure that i will be in time for checking. So its better to be safe and not race.

Would not say that. Race starts 2 hours before our race and since i will be watching the race on the ps3 and not a tv or computer i cant be joining in if the race goes over time. And i want to watch it to the end.

This just to eliminate the risk of not showing up.

I'm gonna watch it as late as possible to start our race, it's gonna be close, especially if they're going around slowly in the wet. But I really only care to watch the start live, after that I'm cool if things are going smoothly, I can catch up on all the final results, post-race events and video, and such afterwards easily.

They're offering alternatives around the F1 race you mentioned being in the way is all.

If the F1 race finishes later than 17;45 GMT, I suggest we start the race 15 minutes after the F1 race finish regardless when it does finish. Example. If it finish at 18:15 we start the race at 18;30

I suggested last week a permanent F1 avoiding schedule change and nobody thought it necessary. Sounds like 18:00 sharp to me.
Or we schedule around F1. Not changing at the last minute, maybe this maybe that crap.

There's no regular S/F line at Spa. There's a Start line and a Finish line (same case at Fuji).
The finish line is behind the start line. This is why i ask if we use the start OR the finish line.
So your answer can't be "s/f line"...
