There's no regular S/F line at Spa. There's a Start line and a Finish line (same case at Fuji).
The finish line is behind the start line. This is why i ask if we use the start OR the finish line.
So your answer can't be "s/f line"...

If everybody is fine with delaying it even more, that would ofc be ideal.
