Anyone who builds cars like that are called "ricers". Regardless of where they are from. And by the way, I've seen more cars like that in Puerto Rican videos than the US mate. I'd say it's done to mimic Japanese ricers not the US import scene. Call me crazy.

It looks like a mix of the usdm hellaflush whatchamacallit scene, with minor custom/muscle and drift car influences. Kind of nice to see something different. Don't see anything questionable.

This was built by a local GM Dealership back after the first Fast & Furious came out. It used to have a gaudy bodykit on it but I guess the owner (a 40 year old woman) got tired of it. The hood scoop says "supercharged" on the side... lol
