How will you know if that practice is helping if you don't use other people as a benchmark?

I know how to find the limits. Every once in a while I see my progress and I notice that I have broken through my previous limits. I am trying very, very hard here.

EDIT: Racing in ToCA has me covered for driving in traffic :)

I'll be there, if someone could add me to the list that'd be much appreciated- only got access on my phone until later.

Won't be there tomorrow - will be busy with some things. I might be there for Deep Forest as it's a short circuit. I don't have the time to practice for this and I don't feel confident with the setup I have to be competitive on all of the circuits (yes I was quick at Ascari but I'm still not 100% happy with the handling).

I've only done 30 minutes of practice, but am thinking times will be around the 3:54 mark on an all out lap. So if the race is 10 laps it'll last around 40 minutes- stark contrast to Monaco which lasted 1 hour and 28 minutes. :scared:

RACE GPL ROUND 5 PREVIEW

The RACE GPL championship is reaching half-way of the season - We're after 4 exciting and thrilling races in South Africa , Monaco , Spain and Belgium , which saw 4 drivers on the top of podium and a lot of drama . Now it's time for round 5 which will happen at french Circuit De La Sarthe - 13,6 km course which is also home of the 24 Hours Du Mans , the longest , most prestige and final race of the WSC calendar.

The race is scheduled at 14:30 of local time and it'll lasts 10 laps ( 135,9 km ) with predicted race time of 40-45 minutes ( average speed of 180 + kph ) .

After 4 rounds the best momentum is in Honda Racing base in Tochigi,Japan . The team first driver , @rcb929 is currently leading standings with 52.5 pts ( win,2 second places and 6th with less than 90% completed ) and with @Downhill Dino 31 pts and @Ninners 18 pts for win at Zandvoort team is leading in Manufacters Championship with 101.5 points

However, the other teams will try to prevent Honda for winning titles easy. The first in line to beat them is Brabham , which is only 30 pts behind japanese team but there is still near 200 pts to earn and their drivers , @hsv ( 41 pts ) , @PatrisS136 ( 30.5 pts ) and @Cu3e ( reserve ) will battle for every point , especially hsv which at the moment is closest to rcb ( 11.5 pts ) and have just won Belgian GP.

Behind Brabham there is Anglo-American Racers , Ferrari , Lotus , Porsche , Matra and Mclaren and every team have a good driver and a reason to race but Le Mans and next week British GP can be their last call if they want to prevent Honda and Brabham to run away of them in standings .

At the last but not least there's @Furinkazen , which will become the first ever privateer driver in GPL history. Even if it'll be his first start , he's already known in the racing world as a Ford factory driver in the WSC and only a month ago he won his second 24H Du Mans so he's familiar with this track. Also , thanks to his relations with Ford they'll bring to his Furi AutoSports chassis a brand new Ford Cosworth DFV engine.

That's ok, I wanted used the same distance for all races, even though that would mean differences in time length.

Ah right. Just goes to show how much faster La Sarthe is compared to Monaco though.

Also, is quali start 2:30pm GMT and race start 3pm still?
