This season it's the AJHG's 51 team, Ninners' 47, and the Furi 54, with Harsk showing that he is a legit contender for the coming season. goofytyler, Michelin, and rallymorten are ones to watch, solid finishes regularly but not many great finishes.
As for next season, I suppose you'd be asking in a form of the overarching banners as well as each unit. Furi's possible return to the series, teaming with mort and GT916 to form Furinkazen Autosport, will be an interesting watch, as will the cohesion of this "Team Kate Upton", who have no known actual connection to the lass, as most of it's members are having a rollercoaster year. No, my main interest is looking at the MLP Red Bull and Swift Autosport. They are the main two teams that stocked up on rookies, and it's always intriguing to watch the new blood and see how it does.
Of course, you can never rule out the independents. Carb, Niku, myself, and former points leader AJHG are all running independent teams, all hoping to ruin the multi-car units hopes, Kulwicki style.

Team Kate Upton = Hendrick Motorsports because Jahgee is obsessed with Jeff Gordon
TRD Racing = JGR because Toyota (Gerarghini is our Carl Edwards, they both switched from Fords.
)And that's all the 4 car teams in the Sprint Cup, so I don't know how to continue comparing.

I do have a team theme song. It will be released in the coming days as well as our song choices for Bristol 2015.

I think I'll give you two answers, this year's solo effort then next year's convergences....at least with the data I have.So 2014: direct parallels are impossible, but relatively speaking the 54 may not be a world beater, but with either Furi or Angel at the wheel the team refuses to say die, I hold them up as the IRL 48 of our series. Our Gordon would probably have to be Jahgee, fitting I know, seen the points lead, seen wins in the last few laps, but generally things just don't fall that way. A blatantly obvious one is Danica to quietgirl, but that's not meant to be mean, Danica has managed decent to good finishes for a fair amount of her NASCAR career, though some will argue, and quietgirl has had good to better results through the year. that's all I can think of other than bringing up that I've been dubbed our Brad Keselowski more than once.
2015? Reminding you that these are all preemptive, you have MLP Red Bull who I'd dub our RCR, TKU who by default are Hendrick, TRD relates to Gibbs, Furi Autosport gets the Penske nod, Swift Autosport should be better than Roush, Raven Motorsport could very well be SHR, ARTA is looking like NEMCO atm due to lack of info, and I hope my 79 team can channel the current Furniture row 78 as last I saw Truex was tearing it up.

I guess Bowyer hasn't been awful this season so far?Still lookin' for a team mate, might nab an independent...but I was doing pretty well this season so MWR is kind of comparable!
