@Whitetail @Niku Driver HC Since you guys are the most vocal (And probably only, I'm to lazy to check) Pontiac drivers, what is your opinion of this Pontiac being developed for the BR15 mod, it's on the Toyota mesh instead of being on the Chevy mesh like it is now

Verdict on schemes (Chevy/Ford): I'd prefer you use the new headlights/taillights, but it's acceptable if you do not want to, as the old schemes still fit with 99.9% accuracy.

Toyota: You will need to add the new taillights and headlights.

Dodge: You are still up in the air

Pontiac: You will probably need to redo your cars of you already made them.

All cars are required to be 2048x2048, which means you will likely need to resize the lights.

Angel: Not really. Car wasn't ready to roll out of the shop, but they brought it anyways. Michelin has the good car here so I don't know what to tell you.
Reporter: There's been a lot of off track drama between the female contingency in the last few days. Is there a connection here?
Angel: Can't see how. This race is a :censored:shoot so qualifying doesn't reflect anything. The only thing that practice and qualifying have told me is that I have no support from the shop. It's to the point that my future team has already assembled a pit crew if I need it. That is where my problems are now.
Reporter: Will your rivalry with @quietgirl be addressed?
Angel: Not until after the weekend. Give it a rest. *walks into the motorhome area*
Reporter: A lot of frustration from Angel after another bad qualifying performance. Back to you guys.
During warm up...
Crew Chief: 39th isn't a good place to be here. Let's charge to the front.
Angel: Please just make sure you guys don't hang me by the throat any more than you already have. I'll do what I've had to do for the past month.
Spotter: Take it easy. It'll be a trying race.
During first pit stop...
Angel: Coming in this lap. Two tires and fuel.
Crew Chief: 10-4
Spotter: Line inside Angel. Watch yourself coming in. I don't think they're following.
Angel: Running out of window. 14 up front bumper. Help me out for once.
Spotter: Drop down now! Drop do--95 around and airborne. Keep rolling, still green, still green. Yellow is out.
Crew Chief: Already rolling in. Just go through the stop anyways.
Spotter: 95 spun across someone else's nose. Not your fault.
Angel: I don't think I'd be bothered to care if it was.
Crew Chief: We'll talk about everything on the way back to the shop.
Angel: No, we won't. You'll be 🤬 quiet before I climb out of this car and punch you in your windpipe.
Crew Chief: Whatever you say.
Angel: This is exactly what happens when you start picking sides. I'll have my new pit crew starting after this race.
At the finish...
Spotter: Keep it clean, leader's across the line. And...you're done. P19 according to the scoring pylon.
Angel: Thank you for keeping me safe up there. I'll be keeping you around.
Spotter: Roger. To Charlotte we go.
Angel: After we finish putting the paint scheme on this damn car. I'll use this at Pocono.
Spotter: Slow it down. Looks like some drivers are already in each other's faces.
Angel: For once it isn't me. Good god that's a good feeling. If only I had a good team behind me. "What's best for business" my ass.
Spotter: Let's go one race at a time. Charlotte up next. You need to get familiar with the mile and a halves.
Angel: Oh goodie. Broken simulator time. My favorite.
Reporter: A nineteenth place finish tonight for Angel Porter after a difficult weekend. rallymorten is pinning his crash on you. Your thoughts?
Angel: Yeah, difficult is a word for it. With mort, I was told I was clear to duck into the pits. I didn't touch him and there was room to move. Nas was up high and as nice as he's been off track with helping me rebound from this disaster, the last thing I was going to do was stick him out to dry in pit cycle. If mort has an issue he'll find me before Charlotte. If not, then oh well.
Reporter: You and quietgirl spent a good part of the race together. Any comments on if that has subsided?
Angel: You're riding that topic like that's your meal ticket. Things have calmed down but we haven't talked. Let it go.
Reporter: The relationship with Furinkazen Autosport has dropped dramatically. Any explanation on your end?
Angel: Other than I'm being stabbed in the back? I don't know. I don't know how Furi is doing, I don't know who's calling the shots, I don't know who's putting business in order right now. All I know is that I wish I could jump ship and start driving for KANS right now. Contracts are lovely.
Reporter: Are you saying that you're being set up to fail?
Angel: A part of me wants to say yes, but I think that management is lost now. They were hoping for a quick fix that didn't happen and now there's a lot of loose ends. Michelin and myself had a bad race today so it would be rude to say it's just me that's getting hurt. We'll know more at Charlotte.

Kuni Kino****a: Not really. All I'm here to do is learn what information I need to know and what these guys tell each other in race communications. Learning what they want to know will help me provide feedback when I climb in the car, so tonight is just all about understanding what they say.
NR: Down the pit lane, another future teammate of yours, Angel Porter, is dysfunctional. Any advice for her?
KK: All I've gathered from the few minutes I was there eating earlier is that they are doing what they shouldn't and it's hurting the team as a result. No advice, but I know what I don't want to have happen.

You're not lazy, and yes we are the only (so far) Pontiac drivers. I wonder why does that happen, it's not like we use Azteks or something... :lol: But it looks good, it may be just me, but I think the taillights look odd. Nevertheless, at least we can keep our brand, so that's good.

Just another normal, nothing-happening race for me. Stuck midfield during the whole thing, and beaten by Harsk. Is that the running gag for the rest of the chase? How about me winning a race like Harsk and Bambi? That'd be great, if you ask me... :lol:

Also, this race was a bit different from the other Armory race of this season. One part of the top field just ran away, leaving the rest to fight amongst themselves. Good final laps, and TKU gets the thir... I mean, the fourth victory of the season. Mercedes team-level confirmed? We need to be careful next season... Cool detail, those caution lights on the side of the track, by the way.

It turns out I made a mistake. Bman has won a race, Doodle won this one, and I won Sonoma. The only person to not win a race is the other co-leader, Jahgee.

Well team it's the first race of the chase. We are 38th in the points. Let's just keep our heads down and try to get good finishes the rest of the season.

Crew Chief: You're in the top 3 buddy stay safe. We got some lapped traffic.

Swift Smith: I'll see what I can do. Feels good to be fighting for a win again.

Danielle Trotta: I'm here with Swift Smith owner and driver of the 50 car. Smith 2nd that's your best finish of the season. What was going through your mind in those final laps?

Swift Smith: Well to be honest I was just hoping I could finish and bring the car home in one piece. The only time I thought I had a shot at it was when I came around the 17 car coming out of 4. That's when my heart started pumping and I thought I could win.

DT: You were 38th in points coming into today. That's the worst of any of the full time drivers. What goes through your mind after an amazing finish like you had today?

SS: Well Danielle it makes me think we have the team to compete with the best drivers. I think next season with the new four car team we'll have a pretty good shot at winning a few races.

DT: Last question then I'll let you go celebrate with your team. Is there any chance in the near future for Swift Autosport and Furinkazen Autosport to have an alliance?

SS: I like what they have going there at Furinkazen Autosport and wouldn't mind working with them if approached about such a thing. But as of right now I think it's best our teams stay separate and focus on our own futures and see who the power house Ford team is next season.
