Well I wasn't quite expecting you to compare a driver with Smurfy and actually single him out as the good driver (no offense meant to both parties, before you start a riot over my words). But shouldn't you reserve your judgement before seeing Harsk in at least one race? Just asking out of pure curiosity.
And what GT916 just said, does Harsk even have GT6 progress within his account?

From what I can recall, he hasn't had a PS3 for a while (assuming he had one before), so I would think he wouldn't have that much progress with the game.

It's Angel, she is the type of person who is not afraid of speaking what's on her mind. And as a GT6 online race organizer, she takes this sort of thing very seriously. She is a direct person, and that's fine.
Yes, that's the thing. He might still need a large amount of credits just to ensure the ownership of at least half the cars used in these races, and that's not counting any potential new ideas that might pop up. And then there's the problem of online connection; does he have a connection that can avoid random disconnecting/strong lag/all the previous choices?

I reserve my right to speak my mind. With that said, I will be avoiding this place like the plague. You are riding a fence that you say you don't want to ride. "We need better driving standards!" And then shooting yourself in the foot with this. Common sense is not in your arsenal.

Um, Angel, before I join Aki in the bunker, can I ask you to keep the conversation "shots fired-esque sentences"-free? I understand your concern, I really do, but there's not the entire need to act in such a stiff manner all because of one driver. Driving standards being followed or not, at least we should give people one chance to prove themselves, in my duly honest opinion. It's Harsk, sure, and his lack of experience is indeed concerning, but it's not like he's running in the VRR series or anything of the sort...
And I'll fetch the coat and head to bunker myself now, thank you very much.

Good grief... The things than can erupt in a conversation all thanks to one driver, who hasn't even raced in the RACE rooms yet to be properly judged by other drivers. What do you suggest then, Angel, with all due and sincere respect? A driving test managed by one of the better drivers, to check if their driving standards are correct? Because if we do want to keep the driving standards right, let's formulate a plan instead of starting yet another needless war.
