He wouldn't have bothered because there's not an option for a blue based track. He would have probably won on any old track design anyway. ;)

I wonder how he's getting on with Pcars and his new wheel.
 
Just placed an order for Project Cars (ps4) even though I don't
have the console yet.
£17.82 was too good a price to pass up (Amazon U.K. - very good condition).
They had a few more copies if anyone's interested.
By the way @Zolon32 letting you know I will miss Tuesdays Honda race.

£17.82 does sound like a good deal, get a PS4 at a similar percentage of RRP and you'll be doing very well indeed.
 
Due to the weekend network woes @Sick Cylinder is moving his Sunday series into the week split over 2 days, Wednesday and Friday. Both run for only a hour from 20:30 to 21:30 BST (UTC+1). They might be at a time that's suitable for some of you guys.

On Wednesday is a series using the Cobra - Cromeline or Coupe



The Friday event is a series using the LCC Rocket.


Both cars are untuned so it's easy to jump in and go. Be good to see you there.

I don't mind which thread we use Paul. Are we moving straight on to a Rocket series on your bespoke tracks? (I am under the impression we are, but no pressure.)

If that is so we can either use this, or you could set up a thread specifically for it and keep control of the title etc. I don't mind either way :)

Well I've got some tracks* (about 7) and we've got the cars, but I haven't really got a format sorted out yet.

I had the intention of keeping it light, casual and hopefully fun, thus my experimentation with the boost an other settings.
Maybe a few sprint races to get used to each track and then possibly a slightly longer race. Maybe light boost which seems to work well when learning a new track, or maybe not. Handicapping or not (although boost would negate this). Point scoring or just casual fun races. If a favorite track(s) become apparent we could maybe use them again.

Suggestions are welcome since it would be good to make it a collaborative event.

As for the coming Tuesday, we cold run a few more test races to get the format sorted or do something completely different in between.

And to which thread to run it via - I suppose it depends on what format we settle on.

I must admit I've that involved with my custom tracks (because I enjoy making them) that I have overlooked the regular one's. And I know drivers like them also.
I'm sure there's some that would suit the Rocket just fine. It's just the un-tuned gearbox limit that's the factor to look out for. Try a few out Suts (& anyone else) and see what list you can come up with.They could then perhaps be integrated into the races. Perhaps a custom track one week and then a mixed "normal" selection the next.

I'd say Autumn Ring would be a good one for starters.


Also RRers, I've just noticed that Zo has started this thread. I have to keep track of him.
