Hey Danger....why does it look like its more than Brightness and contrast?

I had a perfect entry that I did more than B&C to and then reread the rules...oops

yeah it looks like there is blur as well

Amazing shots so far, Would I be able to edit my pic that I submitted in the first Rally comp and enter it in this one because it perfecty fits the theme.

I dunno, with shutter speed at 1/60, you can get some pretty crazy blur in GT4...

Danger's shot could have easily been taken in GT4. The blur looks like GT4 blur, not Photoshop blur, plus the car has blurred a bit around the corners too.
