Rare UCD Cars?

Rarest I've seen and I check religiously.

1- Nomad Diablo. Saw it but didn't buy it as I can't stand lamborghini's.

1- Viper GTS-R concept (1999?). I think it was almost a million credits.

1- Ford GT 2002. Actually the concept car for the Ford GT. Better P/W ratio than the 05 and 06 GT's. Costs 990,000 or so.

1- Ford GT LM (the heritage paint scheme). Think it was 2.4 million or so.

Me too, I've got the Viper and the Diablo race car, didn't buy the Ford gt as I've got 3 already (prize cars)..

And after GT5 prologue, I never want to see a Tuned Clio or Ford GT again...

Yes the Ford GT was played by so many in GT5P.
 
A super rare one (for me at least) popped up yesterday. First time I had seen it since the game came out.

The two 4th gen Camaros are the 1997 Z/28 with the LT1 and the 2000 SS with the LS1, the 2000 is by far the better of the two. There is the third gen concept and 1st gen '69 SS. I'd like to see the 01-02 as it had more HP then the 98-00 4th gen.

This is probably a stupid question, but if I buy a car from the UCD will it still show up occasionally? For example if I buy an Oreca Viper now, can it still appear in the future?

For me it seems the Audi A4 DTM Touring Car '04 is impossible to get. For two weeks now I always have 1.500.000 Cr. in stock if it pops up, but it never does. It's countless how often I have visited the UCD in those two weeks. I want that car so badly, because I loved it in GT4 and of course I'm a Audi DTM fan.

Yes, it doesn't matter if you buy a car or not, it will keep appearing in the Used Car dealership.

I have 4 Renault 5 Turbo's, 3 Subaru 22b's, 2 NSX R le mans prototype road cars, 3 RS200's, 3 205 turbo T16 etc etc etc..

One car has irreversable tuning i.e. weight reduction and engine n/a tuning, another will be tuned without these and a third will remain standard.

All these cars keep reappearing in used dealership still.

Keep checking used dealership regularly, after every 3-5 races, it will show up eventually.

I've seen it a number of times.

OR, you could put a wanted advertisment in the TRADE thread and see if anyone is willing to make a deal???

Thanks for the thumps, but I do check after every three to five races, and that car seems to be my unicorn.
 
Correct me if im wrong but it seems this whole rare thing going on disappeared when online dealership came along? Had been looking for the FGT for like a week (no internet, so i wasn't patched yet) Got internet up and running.. Found it first thing..

For the FGT yes, rarity on UCD becomes a moot point.
There are a whole lot of other cars that aren't on the online dealership that are still rare.

My 'rare' cars (although someone I'm sure will come in and say 'rah rah they are not rare'):

HKS D1GP Silvia
Blitz D1GP Skyline
Option Stream Z
Caterham Fireblade

Still looking for the R34 GTR GT4 pace car though....

As for the 22B, I actually won it as a car from winning the first set of Rally Special Events!
 
I've been trying to find the Seat Ibiza for like a thousand in-game days now. I remember that I saw it the first day I had the game but back then I thought 21k was too much cash and it would surely turn up many times later, hahaha...

I have bought a MNP III Skyline just for the Colour, a Type S Zero NSX in Imola orange for my Race model acura and I bought the Nomad Diablo last night.

I beg the differ.. and so does my LT1.
 
quickest way to get UCD to cycle is to enter a license you have already completed and then cycle through 5 and exit as each "entry" will add 6 fresh cars to the lot hence x5 licenses loaded (don't have todo license just load one cycle to next x5) will be full 30 fresh cars...

I'm not 100% but it seems to me the more of a certain type of car you own the longer it takes for that brand to cycle through I could be wrong but i'm sure i'm seeing a trend...

I.e i have alot of Nissan's and they appear the least in UCD

''new'' cars start appearing after 2 races, but best to check after 3-5 races, you'll get more ''new'' cars to choose from.

There is a bug in the game, whereby you go to licenses, enter license B3, exit, enter license B4, exit - then repeat this another 4 times and your whole used car dealership will be refreshed.
 
Check the UCD every 5 races. Now that you can just re-race an event without reloading, farm the American car championship. Its the fastest/most efficient waste of time.
