In 1994 Chrysler sold Lamborghini to Megatech ,the Calà design took shape, but when Megatech sold Lamborghini to the VW Group in 1998, the concept was shelved. The Jalpa replacement would not be found in Lamborghini's lineup until 2003, with the release of the Gallardo.

Showcase of specs:

NFS II SE had its specs right.

Game appearances:
Need For Speed II

"
A rare supercar gem that never made into production but served as a basis for the Gallardo."

Additional notes: For safety, Toyota included a 'lo-boost' switch, which controlled a solenoid that bumped the turbo down from 0.65 bar of boost to 0.4 instead.

Complete bias with this suggestion, but thought it'd be worth a shout anyway, since they're quite cool little cars!

Re: 1947 Convair

Prediction? SU because prototype.

Probably, but they were fully working prototypes.

Anyhoo, I know it likely won't knock the Miura off the top. I just like finding something different to nominate.

Was going to do a double header tonight but I kept putting it off so I'll have to do three in a row. I've got delays on my delays. I think once Jahgee gets back from vacation there's a very good chance I'll hand this thing off for keeps.

@Jahgee1124 I'm making a post and updating posts/OPs. Once I've done that, it's yours on one condition. If you ever get tired of it (and you will), hand it off to someone else rather than killing it.

To everyone else, well, I was hoping I'd hold on to it for at least a year, but it's been an un-fun drudge for the better part of the time I've had it and at this point I'd rather do almost anything except make a Cool Wall post - hence why I'm always posting them late at night (early in the morning for some people), doing them a day late, skipping them entirely and then doing two at once, etc. One more post, and it's time to hand over the keys to the castle.

I'll try to get Jordan on board tomorrow so he can transfer ownership of the OPs.

Will I ever give it another go? I don't know. Things change, and maybe there will come a time when I'd enjoy making these. But that time is not now.
