I found a friend with a motor for 400. I might buy it and put it in. Might be sold to a mechanic. I don't want to sell it to a mechanic.

Acquired this tonight.

302 V8, LSD, Exhaust, Cam, Shocks and springs, sway bars, strut tower bars, Cervini hood, aluminum pulleys. It's okay. I want my damn Corolla back.
 
??? How are you suddenly affording three cars? it wasn't that long ago you were saying you were broke to explain the condition of your Silvia
 
I USED to be broke. Then I worked a bit last year and bought and sold a few cars and some parts and now I'm not so broke. Well, now I am because of the Brostang. This car was insanely cheap and my stepdad is buying it from me when the Corolla is figured out so I'm not really losing any money on this.
 
Well... my dad sold the Corolla to a mechanic last night. I'm not really bothered by that for some reason, though. I hope the car doesn't get parted out... Rust free GTS :( Oh well. I'll probably just buy another 240.

Nice Mustang. Take care of it, and the engine will serve you will. Doesn't take much to make that car fly.

So the Corolla is gone. That left me with more money than I was expecting. Now I have ANOTHER car. I promise this is the last one for a while... unless this one throws a rod too
So the 240 is mine, the Mustang is half mine, and now the Saab is mine. I will get pictures ASAP.

Awesome, would love to hear that thing purr. It it's not too much to ask, a wide open throttle drive by would be nice too :D

Updates, ummmm... I drove the Saab tonight. It needs to be in reverse to get the key out. I always forget that. I also always put the key under the wiper stalk, then I remember where the ignition stalk is. There's a thing you pull up to get into reverse. It has a really tight and cool clutch. It feels... different when you shift, but in a cool and unique way. It sounds cool. I'm not used to it yet. There are WIPERS on the headlights. YES! This car is weird. But I like it a lot.

Mustang was at the dealer for a few days getting looked over. I accidentally did a burnout or two.

I accidentally lied by saying they were on accident.

Stepdad's birthday today so he took my mom out in the Mustang tonight. He told me he did a few burnouts too. This car is cool. Burnouts are cool. Skrrrrrrrt.

Got some OEM crap for the 240 but that's not too exciting. Warm weather means I will actually be making PROGRESS soon :D

School.
 
Don't take much to chirp the tires with all that torque :lol:

Is it an auto?
 
Yeah those auto's aren't too bad fortunately. Would be worth it to swap a T5 in though :D
