Ahh nice, they got some Flume on that music list. Brings me back, when I drove the Great Ocean Road on my first ever trip to Australia back in 2011 the first song to come on the radio at the start of the road was Possum by Flume. Gives me the shivers when I hear that song still.

“Rings” by Aesop Rock
YEEEEEEESSSSS. Words can't describe (well, his extensive vocabulary probably could) how happy I am to see Aesop Rock featured on a game's official soundtrack.
It's also great to see the mixture of songs they've got on Epitaph Records. The broad range of tracks they've selected feels just right to me, as somebody who's not so much of a "genre elitist" and more of a "connoisseur of music", if I may say so. ;)

The fire, oh God, THE FIRRRRRREEEEEEEE!!!!!!

And no tracks from the most famous and prolific Aussie band of all time. Looks like classical and personal music will be what I'm listening to, just like in H2.

Too be fair, (assuming you're talking about ACDC), they don't really fit in with the games setting (being a modern 'hipster' music festival). Sounds crazy to say it since the game is obviously set in Australia, but I don't they're the vibe that Playground are going for.

I'm a little bummed that Rocks or XS didn't return, since I only really like a couple of the songs off of Epitaph and Vagrant.

Epitaph records.
Byron Bay.

No Parkway Drive?

What the :censored:ing 🤬.

Playground have never picked a good soundtrack. Looks like Music Volume = 0 again.

We've had Fred V & Grafik in the last game. And Cut Copy featured in the last two games.

AC/DC rights were probably too expensive for one song and they probably didn't have room for an entire AC/DC station.

I wish Offspring's track was "All I Want" but I realise I can't have all I want in a videogame. Besides, it's not like it's never been in a driving game before.

Disappointed my favourite EDM artist didn't make it again, really thought he had a chance this time :(

Still a nice list. Why am I complaining anyway? I turn music off in all my racing games

I like the mix of stations they have this time. I always listen to the music from all the different stations for the first couple months I play, then turn them off once all the Horizon Festival racing is over and I'm just enjoying the driving and the photography.

Interior doesn't look that detailed
Look at this, this is how its look without the youtube compression.

For the 100th time a choice to retract a convertible top like TDU 2 and GTA V. And turn signals. If you're a cruiser.
I agree with those features, but what do they have to do with interior modelling quality?

What Ameer said.

Can I nerd out for a second?

Grumpy basshead hat on

Boo. Hospital playlist sounds like a namedrop of their most popular artists who we've heard before. Funny, most of it is pretty new stuff but it all sounds the same. It's a shame because of the gold they constantly put out on the various-artist EPs. Would be nice if more than two tracks had a proper break. I cannot bear to look at Bass Arena, its selection won't improve and it has no need to if they're happy to keep adding specific stations for specific music.

Whatever, Block Party and Timeless. These are nice.
