Sooooo, what the hell are we supposed to do with the skill points after having unlocked all perks? I have 400+ just collecting virtual dust

The only ones that are worth getting are the ''Earn triple Skills XP from the next 3 Campaign races'' and ''Earn double Credits from the next Exhibition event you complete'' and that's just 20 points. Perhaps ''Earn 30% extra Credits from your next championship'' is worthwhile too, if you're about to do a championship - 10 points for that.

All in all, that's 30 points in total. I still have 370 left.

:embarrassed:
Those ones are reusable, the idea is that you invest 10 skill points before races (e.g. Goliath) to earn bonus XP or credits

Yes, I know as I've been doing precisely that. But outside of those, you don't have a lot options left. Shame that you can't reuse the Instant Rewards.

It will, after level 300.

You can't blow the credits fast enough when grinding Goliath, but I bet you can run out eventually when doing shorter races 👍

Yeah, I think I'll have to start doing the races. My completion is still at around 30% after over 100 hours of playtime. I'm always preoccupied with something else in the game.

:P

Missing one road. It would have to be an absolutely tiny one too, cause I swear I've checked every last millimetre of the map. Are there any in particular that anyone had trouble finding?

I had a similar problem as well. I drove through ever road, and was down to just one remaining. I spent at least an hour trying to find it on the map, and then said "forget it" and just decided to look for it later. Lo and behold, I was doing a cross country race and drove across a little piece of road in the banana farm that looked like it was discovered.

I recommend either driving across every road again, or just be patient and eventually coming across it in a race or something. Hope you find it soon!

Yeah, I'm not enjoying the street races either. That ang getting 3 stars on all PR events will probably be what stops be trying to go for 100%.

The fact that there's hardly any lighting doesn't help.

And before anyone says 'git gud' I know I'm not good but when you set it to very easy and an AI car you had a 3 second lead on slingshots right past you it's a kick in the teeth.

For me, the street races weren't frustratingly difficult, but still challenging (I race on Pro). Oddly enough, the one thing I am having difficulty with the is achievement for completing 10 community bucket lists. None of my friends/people I follow have made any bucket lists.

I enjoy far more slow cars than super/hypercars. In fact, I'd love driving the non playable cars like the Yaris. However, my biggest complain is the lack of twisted roads.
Agreed. I like having the option of the super/hyper cars, but for me anything B or below is my ideal car class. It's such a fun class!

Good thing I'm not a completionist. It's a great thing we've got so much to do, but I most certainly am not going to go around the map in an X-Class car I don't enjoy driving to max out the speed traps :ouch:
I bought my Xbox One S for Forza Horizon 3 so I'm trying to get as much mileage as possible from it before looking into purchasing Forza 6 (sold the copy I used on my little brother's Xbox a while back) and Gears of War 4.

I'm warming up to driving a supercar or hypercar every now and again by now. Can be fun, but racing cars with 1,000 HP or more and constantly travelling at 300+ kph is a bit much for me. After trying out some of the S2 hypercars, regular A-Class felt a little slow, though  But much more enjoyable regardless.

Absolutely 👍 I haven't looked at the community created content yet, but I suppose that might end up being my source of fun for the foreseeable future. Once I'm done enjoying myself just mucking about, that is  Shouldn't be too hard to make the game last for me until the first expansion hits...

I might actually play something aside from FH3 for the first time since release today! Aside from the hour or two I spend with War Thunder, since a friend of mine wanted to join his squadron... New Europa Universalis 4 DLC, yay!

/edit: Speaking of which. I just had a look at the Forza Hub's statistics. I've racked up over 120 hours in FH3 already. Assuming those statistics to be accurate, I've spent more time with the game than I did at work. :scared:

I know that feeling, since release (14 days today!) all I've played is Horizon 3. I've seen the insane play-time of others but even still, I can't believe I already put in 46 hours - nearly 2 full days already. :scared:

Even if I were to stop playing right now I couldn't complain, the amount of playtime and outright fun I've got so for has justified my purchase as far as I'm concerned. 👍

It's the first time I've even considered any other games and I think at risk of burning myself out it may be worth picking up another title to play alongside it, which as I've said is between Forza 6 GOW4 and SSX on 360. SSX is looking most likely since it's cheap as hell and I absolutely adored it on PS3.

Aye... Despite the price tag the Ultimate Edition carried, I'm already at below a buck per hour. It's a little scary, but then again, the Forza franchise is topping my "time played" charts. With FH3, it dethroned World of WarCraft... That's quite the achievement. Questionable on my part, but still an achievement

Good thing the new semester at uni is pretty tame compared to the last ones. Don't need to work overtime at the moment either, my girlfriend is currently the busy one and thus limiting the time we're spending together anyway and I didn't even skip any workouts for FH3. Well, one maybe. Or three. I got this under control, I swear!

Personally, I'm going to go for something that doesn't have racing or cars.

As soon as I'm done checking the auction house.

Street Racing feels like a normal event to me but with always night settings and traffic cars. I haven't noticed any difficulty whatsoever unless you're talking about Unbeatable level of difficulty which i rarely ever do.

So i have completed pretty much everything apart from some championships at Byron Bay and Surfers Paradise. I also noticed something odd couple days ago, on the stats discovery menu, there's 19 out of 21 Landmarks discovered and it's seems i'm not the only one who noticed that. Perhaps for a DLC or a bug?

Those street races can go to hell. You need a car that has an absurdly high speed rating to get through some of them...

And that final Midnight race is actually super easy - the AI really slows down after the firsr few sections. The GNX one was a lot more problematic - damned thing was hitting 170 on some straights.

I've noticed that street races are hit or miss (and even some normal races, during championships I've noticed). You can either win by a mile or lose because there always seems to be one car that you can never catch. I play the game on normal difficulty even, but it seems that sometimes one car will get out front and stay out front no matter how well you drive.

Why do this "rubber banding" stuff? Why not just have normal AI competition? That combined with my inability to have a peaceful joyride thanks to extremely pesky AI drivers, sadly I haven't touched this game in days. I was about fed up when I was lining up for a lovely photo shoot and an AI driver smashes through the scenery and hits me. :banghead:

How long do we give it until they bring tokens into the game ala FH2?

I say 2 months.
Giving players that much time to acquire the cars they want devalues the car tokens immensely, imho. If they're added that late, I'd consider it a rather weird decision.

Considering how easy it is to make money, I feel like the first expansion needs a proper money sink, lest the in-game economy is to go down the drain in a couple months.

The AI is definitely my least favorite part of the game. I'm not really that fussed about winning races as a result, since the rewards are (practically) the exact same (in exhibitions anyway, do you need to win Championships and Street Races?)

The street races bug me because they seem to be set up for players who use rewind. If you choose not to use that feature, there are too many ways to get tripped up by a surprise route change in the dark.

Spose I should have clarified I mean up to 2 months lol but I do agree with you.

Precisely the problems I'm having.

Been grinding Goliath last night. Made 4.4 million out of it and manage to buy myself a Ferrari FXX-K. :)

I don't know if its just me but it seems like the AI can't handle doing a race across the entire map. I'm playing on the expert difficulty and manage to lap my opponents once. And not only that but often, a few drivatars will get stuck on one spot because either they hit a tree or are stuck in a spot they cant get out and they will remain stuck on that one spot for the rest of the race.
