Well I guess we will just have to agree to disagree on that one.

I love driving on Classic Hocknheim in Project Cars personally.

Would love it in Forza.
I guess we shall.

Unfortunately I've learned that I love tracks with curves and old Hockemheim doesn't have enough to satisfy me.

Speaking of, are there any other tracks similar to Nurburgring, VIR or Lime Rock?

VXR
Cadwell Park would be fantastic. Snetterton, Oulton Park or Knockhill would be good, too.
Never heard of Knockhill, watched a video of a guy in a F-type go for a lap. Looks pretty fun. Short, but saw a few turns that looked really fun and seemed to be plenty of elevation changes.

The other three are in PCARS so I can give them a shot, though I'm pretty sure one of those three is basically unplayable with PCars terrible controller settings.

+edit
Yep, ****ing Cadwell is ridiculous hard with the terrible controller settings. Track is barely wide enough for two cars and with those crazy elevation changes I'm having a hell of a time not going into the grass. Would be great in Forza though.

Knockhill is an awesomely underrated track.

I've driven on it in real life, drove a legends racecar on it 2 years ago.

It would be awesome in a race game.

You're lucky, haven't had the tire/money to get on the track yet.

Snetterton seemed to be the least interesting of the UK tracks so far, the only flatter track from the UK would be Silverstone. Would rather have Donington.

Oulton Park was pretty fun though but once again ruined by PCars controller settings.

Cadwell is considered by a lot of drivers to be the Nordschliefe of the UK, and has the nickname of "mini Nurburgring"; and I would love it in Forza. It is actually my home track in a way, as it was only 30 minutes from where I grew up, and spent the first 26 years of my life. Cadwell is the only reason why I remotely start up Pcars on my PC. Cadwell is just on the outskirts of Louth in Lincolnshire, which is where my grandparents and dad are from. They run trackdays there quite a lot, so it is fairly easy to get to drive it.

I think a lot of the original ( before tv and H+S ruine... changed them) tracks would be fantastic. can you imagine pre-war GP cars going around the original silverstone, monza etc. I think the focus on American tracks is fantastic for the rest of the world to see and experience.

I did grow up next to Goodwood and would love to see that included with Cadwell and the others mentioned above.

Cadwell is easily at the top of my track wishlist. I've loved it ever since Evo did one of their COTY's there (or maybe it was CAR). I distinctly remember a Kermit green 997.1 GT3 RS running there, and I just loved the look of the track, like the tarmac was just drizzled onto the local topography.

Throw in the classic Mercededs Benz C Class and we can have the old 90's ITC series in Forza ;D

Add old Hockenheim to add to it.

Oh yes, a C36 AMG would be dynamite...

Guys. I would like to see a classic Benz. But im afraid we have to upped our game. I'm actually more inclined to one of my favourite car on PCars: Mercedes Benz 6.3 SEL Touring Car.

Please T10, i beg you.

I've been clamoring for Knockhill to appear in a racing game again since ToCA 2 on PS1, especially now we have modern British Touring Cars again.

For cars, I really want the new R8 V10 Plus.

Maybe throw in the new Corsa VXR for good measure (I want a 1.0 Turbo swap for it so I can replicate my car).

I've maxed affinity for Lancia, Holden and Porsche. I think I'll go with VW next, although I think our next Mazda race might max out Mazda first.

I am surprised Barber Motorsport Park, Willow Springs(which I don't mind if it's never in the game) and that Utah circuit in the desert, are not in the game.

That's the former Miller Motorsports Park, now called Utah Motorsports Campus since it was sold last year.

I think the real problem is that modelling a real track just takes a lot of time, too much time on modern consoles to allow them to include as many real world tracks as they like.

I've been thinking about it all day and wanted to hear your opinions on the following: Do you think tuners should be paid a cut of your winnings if you use their tune? I've seen so many people in E Class lobbies running Willys Jeeps with the same tune on it, and absolutely dominating the lobby. I feel bad for the guy who tuned it, and feel like he should be paid a cut of their winnings. What do you guys think?

Pretty sure tuners get paid for each use?

Maybe they still feel sorry about your old corrupted save? I wish we could all have that car.
Probably, because I just checked my Gifts again, and found that HeliosT10 sent me all of the VIP cars, the Fallout4 F-100, Forza 6 Liveried Focus, Christmas Transit, and over 150,000,000cr.
Seriously, he's the guy to go to if you ever need reimbursement. Contacting him via Twitter is the best method.

Wow! That's a lot of stuff! That's very generous of him to reimburse you for the corrupted save file.

Having ran the first third of the Porsche career tonight, I have to ask, why wasn't (at least part of) the base game structured like this!?! The Porsche Anthology is as fun and well defined as the base career is boring and randomly thrown together.

They could have taken several of the manufacturers that have extended car lists (i.e. Audi, BMW, Chevy, Ford, Ferrari, Nissan) and made similar anthologies, hopefully this is something they consider for future installments.

Because that would've made more sense, but required (slightly) more effort? Or perhaps it seemed too similar to FM4, and they'd hate to remind folks of such a beloved entry in the series?

:P

I'm enjoying it too. Quite a lot more fun, really.
