Has anyone been having any issues with redeeming rewards on the Forza website?

I'm asking, because I'm having problems. The website hasn't let me redeem any of my rewards within the last 2 weeks, it just keeps giving me a loading animation on the top right. Before, that didn't occur and the page loaded up right away.

No problems for me. Have you tried clearing the cache from the site to see if that helps?

There's always the option to do it from the Hub app, as well. I last redeemed a few days ago on the website though, without a problem.

Well, I couldn't find a "clear cache" option on the website, so I just decided to finally delete my browser history on chrome. The rewards redeemed with no issues after that. It turns out that I was just overdue for clearing my history. I actually haven't done that in a while, whoops.

@SlipZtrEm If only I thought of that before, I'll be sure to try that next time. Thanks!

Anyone else enjoying the game more than ever these past few days? I played for 12 hours straight yesterday. I never did that throughout September and October. I wonder if the November Update made many barely noticeable but important improvements, or maybe it's the documented changes for sound and other improvements. The game has finally settled as a favourite of mine. :D

It's the improvements in sound mate.. trust me, that's what has you and ME hooked!

12 hours straight is a bit much though! :dopey:

The longest I've been glued to F6 is maybe 3-4 hours straight on a weekend. Got to move man.. don't want the rear end to start growing as a result of too much Forza.

Testing the sound of various cars definitely contributed to the hours flying by. The volume was high, so it might be the ears I should worry most about. Actually, there are many days where I don't find the time to play, so I'll survive the endurance. :)

TELL me about it! I'm actually concerned about my hearing now! :D

Honestly speaking though, the sound ain't up to FM5 standards, but it's far better than what it was at launch.

Cheers to all you motorheads... speed on!

P.S: like the new dash update? It's slick, though appears to have no impact on game performance/behavior.

I would like to choose cars to race against. My C421 Austin Cooper S is a bit lonely on the circuit. I need to do this:

Has anyone noticed they out Microtransactions back in the game? I thought T10 said they were done with that?

Yes, those are back. As has been pointed out by some, they've ever only said there'd be no Microtransactions at launch. Clever wording, I suppose. Bottom line, there's a not too insignificant number of people who've gone broke, particularly buying mod packs. I'm sure Turn 10 wants to help these players by providing other avenues, like the option to spend real money they may have a lot more of.

Not too fussed about microtransactions. If you're not flushed with cash and cars and mod packs you're doing something wrong and deserve to pay an extra tax to microsoft.

There's no need to say that they'd be "doing something wrong", or is there? And I'm sure there will be people who'll end up buying tokens that don't deserve paying extra.

Like the song says, 'you pay your money you take your choice'. Do it or don't, it's no-one else's concern but your own

I won't be. I think it's damn cheeky of MS/T10

What's cheeky is to introduce a system that has gotten a lot of people gambling dry (seen many accounts of people spending all their credits on mod packs, some even selling all their cars), and then introducing real money into the equation after people are already hooked. It's good business though, no doubt.

But are you at all surprised? Transactions on a $60 AAA game.

Its 2015. They had to have done their sums and realised they could rake in $50k, $100k a week, whatever it is, with these transactions.

These sorts of things will sting casuals.

Its selfish to say it doesnt affect me, I mean I'm probably 80% done on career showcases.

I am prepared to look at it from someone who ISN'T from this forum... ie. the guys who start with $10mil. plus, a literal garage full of free cars and you know the ins and outs of maximising your credits.

I admit if you start from ZERO and Forza 6 is your 1st game and Turn 10 aint giving you shat, then yeah, its not an easy slog.
