I don't really like rewind either, but one funny feature like that will never stop me from buying a game like GT5.

Based on the current meaning of confirmed in gaming discussions these days, it is more than confirmed. You are right it isn't really confirmed but it is the most likely interpretation of the interview.
You would seriously not buy GT5 because of such an inconsequential feature that you can ignore anyway?

I never tried to weasel out, I never tried to back out, I never tried to cancel the bet... all I ever did was NOT allow you to change the bet after you put it forth and I accepted it. I even gave you the benefit of the doubt in taking "the game" to mean GT5. but "never" has a specific meaning and there is no wiggle room.
No one here has tried to weasel out of the bet except you.
But hey, like I said, we all knew you woudln't pay up from the get anyway

Haha... ok so you wrote the contract, I signed it, the contract was very much in my favor and my pointing out to you invalidates the contract...
You're lucky it's not a real contract as the way it s now, you just loose face, if it was an actual legal contract you would loose face and have to pay for a playseat

I think rewind and auto breaking would be good for the series.
Before I get flamed here's my reason why:
A big complaint of the series is that it is "too hard." I know lots of people who bought GT games but stop playing them because ... well... They suck. This is not a good thing.
If these features are implemented as tools for training people to become better drivers in GT then I think it would be a good thing. This would help GT appeal to more people and help grow the franchise.
Kaz mentioned this would be a feature for beginners. If PD adds this, then I highly doubt that feature would be over emphasized as it would take away from the hardcore experience. People need to stop acting like they never screwed up a race, pressed "Start", then "Restart Race."

I hope this is just a translation error because I really really dont want to see this piece of crap of features coming to GT. This should stay in GRID and DIRT. FM3 did it and its really breaking the serious of the game. Its like oh no I crashed, no problem lets just rewind. NO it doesnt work like that but anyway I dont think that rewind has its place in a serious sim like GT.
Why does KY never say the exact number of tracks clearly Like that: There will be 50 tracks and 100 variations. Not like the 20 locations or environnements and 70 variations.
