I downloaded the World Sportscar 1970 Mod tonight: http://www.virtualr.net/world-sportscar-1970-10-released/
You get cars like the Porsche 917, Ferrari 512 S, and 312 along with the GT40 and Porsche 911. Man, these cars sound great. They can be pretty tough to handle though. I thought they would corner/change direction a little better than they do but still, they are loads of fun just to cruise around in.
This mod was released back in June I think. I also had to download the MAS patch file and add it to the installation, so be ready in case you have to as well. Here are some pics:
They don't look that good on my PC but then again I've got a weak video card and I've only got a VGA output going to my monitor (720p Vizio 26" LCD TV). But the cockpits still look great even on my rig.
EDIT: Well, I can't get a new video card right now, but I did change the monitor. I switched to the HP w1907 monitor that came with my desktop and wow, made a big difference in picture quality. It has a DVI output, and I went from a 2 or 3 on the graphics scale up to about a 5 or 6 out of 10. Big improvement 👍 But now I've got the 19" monitor sitting in front of the 26" TV on my desk, so it's kind of cluttered, but worth it.
