Are you gonna race F4000 By Holden Tom? The links are at the Race Factor site. đź‘Ť I can give you the password for the latest download patch but I better not post it here as it isn't appropriate... As you may have noticed what they talk on TS.

A bit of a comparison video. 2 things, the comparison of V8 Supercar mods, but also comparison of tracks. The V8Factor one is the Austeam Racing version (with extras) and FVR track is by Adrenalin Factor (More FPS friendly as you can see).

what about compared to iracing?

To be honest haven't played iRacing (well not a legit version anyway...). Would like to buy it though, really want the V8 Supercar mod and tracks (Phillip Island and soon Oran Park).

A video of a mate I league race with (Corey) and myself on a server supplied by a TT-R member (barfNZ, thanks). Real blast, if you're from AU or NZ and want to jump on tomorrow night with us i'll PM you the links for downloads on our site.

And to entice you even more, I found this promo video from their YouTube page. ;)

I found this on another simracing forum and thought it was worth sharing for the benefit of informing other rFactor players on GTPlanet.:)

FSONE 2009 has been released.

Many download links around-they have it on their facebook (search 'fsone'), and on the IPM website.

Thx mate. The D/L is in multiple parts, will take a while for FSONE.

Really liking rFactor, a little buggy at times. Some mysteries as well, like wet weather racing I see in picts but never have come across a setting or mod for it. I have been enjoiyng the Gallardo challenge, there again on my latest fresh install the front/rear wings are missing lol.

There are wet version tracks out. Like there is a silverstone wet and Malaysian wet version. But I have a file that alters grip and textures to give me wet on any track. I'll try and find it when I get home on monday and put it up here.

Just picked this up for all of the F1 mods; so far I've gotten FSOne 2009, WCP 1997, and MMG 2007. They're all freakin' awesome, blows almost all of the F1 mods I have for GTR2 clear out of the water. :odd:

Any recommendations or tips for the new guy over here?

I'll upload a video once I get used to the physics and what have you.

Is the MMG 2007 a mod you have to buy?

Are there any other kinds of cars you'd like? Prototypes, touring cars etc.

I'm going to be holding a server on my computer on friday running fsone and a couple of rft tracks, please join me-I will be distributing some of my setups for the mod there.

I'm into it all, but I doubt I'd be competitive at all...not that I'm saying no, but I'd slow everyone else down.

Wrong game here, but here's one of my GTR2 laps (and I'm nowhere near as being that smooth in rFactor yet)

My G27 is on its way, stoked!

For anyone with a 25/27: does rFactor have full support for the H-pattern with manual clutch (as opposed to a clutchless H-pattern), and the paddles?

You can always flat change in rFactor no matter what. But the H-pattern can be used with clutch. If you turn auto clutch off, in most mods you should lift off the throttle in up changes (clutch or lifting off is not required but I do it for realism). When changing down gears with auto clutch off, heel-toeing is pretty important. So yes it does support it basically.

On another note, here is the latest round video from Adrenalin Factor made by myself:

You'll enjoy it-it's a wonderful wheel.

I've attached a zip file with the LED plugin-once you get your head around the syntax of the configuration, you'll figure out just how awesome it is. I use a percentage based system, it saves having to change it around.

The only thing I don't like is the amount of travel the paddles have-in fast-downshift situations, you can get stuck.

I have a G25 which works great. However, I use paddle shifting so I can't confirm. I would be surprised if it didn't.

Is there...?...Shouldn't wee...?...Why don't we race each other guys?...Dunno, start with Gallardo or FABCAR Restyle?

Personally, I prefer open wheelers.

But I'm partial to some LMP2's.

As I mentioned before, I will likely start an FSONE09 server on friday, running turkey, hungary, valencia and malaysia RFT tracks (will upload or give the trackpack download) as I have good setups for those tracks.

And Sharky, there you go.
