The links at WorldF1Racers.com F1RFT 2009 are no good, can't d/l the mods :/

Good to see you joined Race Factor waggles. Hopefully you can make Monday nights? That is when FBMW is raced (8:30pm official prac starts). Formula Holden will most likely be Monday night as well. Race Factor are good guys, you'll like the racing there no doubt.

What mod is that? Formula BMW? Google Formula BMW rfactor and an rfactorcentral link should come up.

And megaupload links are no different to anywhere else (filefront, rapidshare, mediafire etc). They are all as unsafe/safe as each other. 👍

Can you provide link to an .exe or Simraceway.com download for the V8 mod?

The Megaupload file I was referring to is the F1 2009 one here:

Links not working, don't know where else to get it.

Also, is there a utility to fix/delete bad mods? One or more are causing my rFactor to crash...sorry, I'm a n00b at rFactor, Mac user to boot

Are you just clicking the links? I found I had to copy the links and then paste them in a new window to make them work.

And also, what V8 mod do you want? I league race FVR (Videos above in thread), but there is also another mod called V8Factor....

About the bad mods etc. The reason it is crashing is most likely because you have installed it wrong one way or another.

i think so.
One of them doesn't have arms that mess up your vision. I think RFT's arms are better IIRC.

Yeah i've got it, I agree it's a great mod but I wouldn't call it the best. But saying that, i'm not the biggest Open Wheeler fan.

Any AU or NZ Residents out there looking for a endurance length series?

XGN is running a test race to gauge interest for a monthly endurance series (named XGNdurance).

It will be running 2 classes Group C Sportscars and DRM + Modified TCL (to add some variety to the DRM) for Season 1 (5 races) and will look to expand to the Enduracers mod for season 2.

The test race will be a 90min race at Spa Francorchamps.

I would be interested, love endurance/prototype series. The thing is, I have yet to figure out online play, and a few other things, in rFactor. Is there a guide for online play?

Online play-basically have the right mod and the right track, and you're good to go.

With the Canadian Grand Prix coming up, I thought I would give the Montreal track a blast with the Ferrari F2008 from the FSONE2008 mod It was fun

I'm interested, but...I'm league racing 3 times a week already, possibly 4. So really can't afford to take on another league. But i'd love to...

I tend to use the public RFT servers, or FSONE occasionally. When the league races are on, I'm on the racefactor server.
