Your title is misleading, I thought you were talking about the 90's article that people dug up to show why Ron Paul is a racist.

Not true, your system of Government is decentralised in prinicple and it's up to the individual states to decide whatever isn't explicitly mentioned in the Constitution; what is in the Constitution is for Washington to decide.

In practice however, most power is still centralised. Ron Paul wants to give more power back to the individual States.

So following the constitution is anarchism? Are you a British royal say circa 1775 or early or later? Or maybe an olagarchist. I've seen a few of your political concepts and they don't show more than rambles on the border of trolling.
