RTST means Racing Tyres, Sports Tuning. The challenge is open to all road cars, so no rally/race cars. Some tuner cars are allowed (as long as they aren't racing modified).
In short, all the primary/cheap tuning options. Once you're done with that, suspension tweaking should be set at your own choice. If you want to use driving aids, you may only use traction control (TCS), although it'll probably slow you down. If you do use TCS, be sure to put the put it on the submitted time. You may avoid non-power/weight related mods, meaning you can hold back on installing racing brakes, clutch, suspension or whatever. But you must upgrade the engine and weight parts. Oil change is optional, but I'd recommend you do it, since most of us are going ahead with it, so you'd be handicapped by the lack of it.
Track: Nurburgring .
In the few cases where cars come with Supercharger, the add-on will be a Stage 1 NA. If you're unsure whether the car uses Turbo or is Normally Aspirated, don't hesitate to PM me, or ask the question in the thread.
Here is the coding I would like everyone to use when posting.
Time - Driver - Car - Tire - TCS [if necessary]
Here is the color code I used (remove the space after color=)
your time - your name - your car - Power/Weight - TCS ON
(Include the TCS bracket if you've used TCS, if not, don't)
Standard OLR rules to apply, if someone challenges your time, you must provide proof (in the form of an uploaded video or a .max replay file) within a week or your time will be removed from the leader board.
Horsepower to be determined in the settings screen.
The challenge is run in Simulation Mode, and the tuning must be done as follows:
- Change the oil (especially if the car is used)
- Racing Medium tyres (R3s)
- Sports Exhaust
- Racing Brakes
- Stage 1 NA (if the car originally comes with NA or Supercharger)
- Racing Chip
- Stage 1 Turbo (if the car originall comes with Turbo)
- Sports Single Clutch
- Sports Flywheel
- Carbon Driveshaft (if applicable)
- Sports Suspension
- Stage 1 weight reduction
- Refresher plan (if necessary)
- You may change the gearbox to FC Gearbox only in the cars in this list.
