Scenery Comp Week 5 2.0 - open

When is the deadline? If it is in a couple of days, then I will have time to post an entry. 👍 I've not done a scenery shot before, so this will be an interesting challenge.

Oops, I tell a lie. I was in a head to head competition with Slipz, a few years back and lost. Apart from that, I haven't done one!

i dont think anyone ever has a chance with slipz in the competitions though i can understand if people are taking so long with their entries. as i found out with mine, it's really not that easy, i mean god, i almost gave up on mine! i say we give it a few more days.. would of been nice if all the good ones came and joined us here.

One doubt I have. Can a car be included has a object of the scenery, a thus not be considerate has a car and has part of the scenery itself?

I was going to enter this...and I do have a shot. Unfortunately, the car isn't in it. I do have ones where it is, but I don't have time to redo all the PS. Oh well, there is always other days to compete.

I'm...relatively new to this. I haven't played GT4 in such a long time, since I corrupted my data so long ago. But I picked it back up now. I took some drift shots, and I think they turned out quite good.

I hope I'll compete here the next time. ^^;

if you play on a PS3, I think you can use a USB card to save a game save onto your HDD now. Corrupting your file is a good excuse for getting a gamesave, I've always thought.

i corrupted my data/save file, but i just use my brothers game, cause i done all his tests and got most of his cars

I didn't have a PS3 at that point. At that point...getting a saved game hadn't even occurred to me. Not to mention it would have gotten back all the amazing tunes I had done. And frankly...I wouldn't get another person's game save. It doesn't seem "right" to me.


And also, that makes me wish I had a brother. ^^;

LdS: not to piss anyone off, but you definitely have the best shot in here so far. jgd has a whombanger himself, but i think you're a cut above here. Also, I KNEW those weird looking plank things had something to do with it. no head or taillamps, good idea. sneaky indeed, but still legal (even if the car DID have to be included!)

Tupac – I was not hoping that the car (if we could call it a car) and the wood (the ground on that location) would stay so dark, and really pass unnoticed. 👍

i was gonna say, what car ? i dont see no car in that image. i thought the horseless carriage was like a drum barrel or something i'm sorry. it's funny what shapes and darkness can do to our naked eyes. great shot anyways. but if i were you, i would have darkened the skies a little bit, just to match the ground and the mood of the shot, and give it a sort of graduated and even look to the whole scene. just an opinion. the entry looks great.
