Scientology - What do you think about it?

I liken this to a radical version of Hillsong, just not based on a existing religion.

They surely must be blackmailing their members because the first process of joining Scientology is to tell them every bad or shameful thing you have done in your life, which in turn is likely used as Blackmail to stay.

I was just about to mention Hillsong, yes, I find the two pretty similar. The main difference being that Scientology has a much higher profile due to celebrity connections and, unfortunately, Hillsong has a strong presence where I live and currently provides the opt-out religious programs to my former schools, giving my younger siblings awful ideas.

I went to Glenwood High school the closest High School to the main Church in Norwest and they had my school covered big time.

Many of my Friends where apart of it, but they eventually got turned off when they where constantly hounded for Donations like extortion.
