As I said, over 3,000 miles until the oil light will come on and power loss begins.Cases do happen that are beyond our control, but if the services are done immediately prior to placing the car on share it minimizes the likelihood of them occurring.
Also since your saying power loss on new oil doesn't occur until 140miles when does the oil light come on?
If it doesn't come on until 140+miles have been reached then I could drive the car 139miles and place it on share with it still showing me having good oil. Yes its on the tuner if their car has power loss due to bad oil or whatever but servicing a car first takes less than a minute and should make everyone's lives easier and more pleasant.👍👍
All I'm saying is enforcing an oil change provides nothing that just enforcing a lack of an oil light doesn't.
Which is where the alternative leads...Make bob drive it until it suffers permanent power loss or find a higher mileage one and your problem is solved.
The final result of the two is the same, an eligible car that doesn't lose power. One option takes the tuner hours of b-specing to go around the rules, one option makes life easier for tuners, without affecting testers.
