21:00? 2 PM here is 14:00 GMT-5, meaning +7 is actually 21:00. Karts is 22:00.

Anyways, you said that the room was open at the EXACT time Karts was opening: 15:00 PM GMT-5, 22:00 GMT+2, unless I'm mistaken. Sorry.
