Although on April 26th the Legends pack will only be released on Xbox 360 & PlayStation 3 we haven't forgotten about our PC community. Stay tuned for more news regarding the Legends pack becoming available on PC...

I'm looking forward to seeing how many extra events this adds in. S2U already had a lot, plus the LE content which was a lot too, and now this. I hope it's similar to the LE pack (~40 events from memory). I'll be very impressed if that's the case.

Speaking of the extra LE content...is it indicated in-game somehow? I have the LE and the extra cars show up, just wondered if the extra events are seperate somehow or just integrated into the standard career mode.

I think it was always planned, that lvl 20 cap is a good indicator of this.
i think these days dlc is not an afterthought but integrated into game design (like it or not).

My only concern is with the SMS layoffs, I'm sure the legends was done as part of release, but is there more to come? I wonder if SMS even knows, or is subject to if EA thinks its worthwhile/profitable.

off course, if you select the filter for cars selection in the dealers there is already "legend" filter and there are not legend cars

There's nothing to separate them out. I think you get a pop up notice once when you first load up the game with them, but that's it. They just fit into sections in the career mode, and if you didn't know what you were looking for you'd never know they were extra content.

Everyone loses in a way. Autolog is a great feature but this Limited edition events stuff just segregates out potential opponents off your friends list.

Not true. There were a few articles speculating on that, but they were just theories and have been dis-proven by people much smarter than I.

Anywho, the Legends pack looks very good and it will be a day one purchase for me.

Sure they look good but most if not all of these cars are already in the game and simply need to be "unlocked" Bit of a cheapskate tactic if you ask me, particularly since we've already paid full price for the game, only to be charged for "DLC" which is already present in-game 👎

yes, i'm against any dlc so near to the release but here damn i can't resist.

Time to really give up on PC gaming. I regret getting Shift 2 on PC but not on PS3. Besides this DLC the PC version crashes a lot and online is a ghost town.

On the brighter side I no longer have to upgrade my GPU every year.

I wonder if this will be Delayed now, with the PSN outage problem Sony are having.

I know we wont be able to get it if PSN is down, but will it still be released if PSN is working??

Don't know, i don't think it will be delayed because microsoft users won't accept it.. huge problem for sony being always under hacker attack. I've never given a **** about online service and now when it's the time for me to buy my first ever dlc.. yeah psn is not working. I'll get angry if on 26 i won't be able to download it.

Darn I guess they really are gonna give us Shift 2 PC owners no love. Why they gotta treat us like freeloaders or something I paid for my copy of Shift 2 as well... And its not like they gave me a choice with my wheel not being supported on PS3 (T500rs wheel).

Anyway good to see you guys are enjoying the pack. Looks like its already available for purchase if I'm reading these posts right

because for PC there are already 20934820948 mods... so nothing to complain about
