I’m curious as to what a patch collection is.I'm selling off my patch collection
Sort of, they are embroidered patches like you have on your vest, but there's a huge market of collectible patches and several companies make limited edition ones. I collect, or rather collected, stuff from Prometheus Design Werx. Most of the patches I bought were released during "a drop" that happened every Wednesday at 12pm PST, had about 100 units available, and sold for between $7-$15. I sold one yesterday for $350 which is a hell of return on investment.I’m curious as to what a patch collection is.
Do you mean like the metal band patches I have sown all over my denim vest?
I've looked into patches but I simply don't understand the draw. Sure, some of them are cool looking but the prices some of them go for are nuts.Sort of, they are embroidered patches like you have on your vest, but there's a huge market of collectible patches and several companies make limited edition ones. I probably have close to 5,000 patches that I've collected over the past 10 years. I'm not selling them all, just the ones that really don't mean anything to me.
I just liked the way they looked and just started buying the PDW ones. I had five patch mats hung up on the wall with my collection. I've only kept the Star Wars themed ones and some outdoor ones, everything else is getting sold. I had a bunch of Toyota ones too since those are really popular and sold those after I sold my truck, I made a mint when I did that.I've looked into patches but I simply don't understand the draw. This I have considered doing, but I kind of need to go somewhere first. Now I just buy a patch when I go somewhere and attach it to a mat. Pretty much every national park has them as do most attractions.
How do you find the shifter?Got my rig built, still tweaking but it’s just about perfect 👌
I love it! I’ve been using the H pattern and find it extremely rewarding to row thru the gears. Totally worth the entry price 👍How do you find the shifter?
I'm just about to pull the trigger on buying one.

Obligatory helmet and gloves. They super comfortable. Got the mail today saying my bike is ready to pick up! So stoked! 🎉
It's not a new car or motorcycle, but c'mon, man! Comics!

I was a day late, I'll admit it. But the buying and reading of comics and manga never really stops for me. For example, these are today's purchases of real physical books from the local Barnes & Noble: Volumes 1 and 3 of "The Rose of Versailles" by Riyoko Ikeda, and volume 9 of Citrus by Saburouta. RoV is one of the most influential manga series ever. It's from 1972 and basically set the template for shoujou manga for the next fifty years. This is the first time it's been available in English, and these are amazingly beautiful books. B&N were having a sale. Buy one hardback, get the second at half price. They didn't have volume 2 so I got 3 instead. Citrus is a ten volume series, I have eight of them. Volume 9 was one of the ones I was missing. I'm still missing volume 7. Finally I went by Best Buy and got myself a cable for the controller to my new XBox One X.But… but… it’s not Wednesday!
