Actually bought this on last Monday before going back to Keele but, I'm going to London again tomorrow to buy another batch.

Ordered 2 Carmageddon tshirts.

Also ordered a projector screen and a 10 meter long HDMI cable earlier this week.

Anheuser-Busch 1981 Sales Convention Gift Thingy - $6:

Bought it from a thrift store. Comes with a deck of playing cards(Missing one deck), mechanical pencil, and a score pad. I plan on replacing the score pad with a regular note pad and putting business cards into the second holder. Great price to carry business cards around and it's pretty convenient.

Going to order this tomorrow. I like hot stuff, an I like sauces. So why not? Lol.

I'll keep you all updated when it comes, an I might even upload a video to you tube. Not sure yet.

If it's anything like the Mad Dog's 357 Utimate I've got, it is possible to taste it neat, but the burning is relentless. It just goes on and on for about 10-15 minutes.

Yeah I was looking at them all, but this one looked like it was the hottest, without going into the really expensive ones.

A quich search shows that it is using habanero and cayenne peppers.

If you want even hotter, look for Trinidad scorpion or Jolokia ghost peppers, the two hottest peppers in the world.

This is where I shop for hot sauce.

I occasionally visit their store when on vacation, where they have samples all around the store. I've tried their ghost pepper extract, which one drop can make ten gallons of chili hot. That was a half hour of sweating.

Won this gem off of eBay for a pretty good price, $460. It's brand new with tags and comes from a guy who won it at some release event for Men In Black 2. The cheapest I've seen this watch online has been for $529 + shipping, so $60 off the price worked for me.

I honestly can't wait to get it. I've wanted a Hamilton Ventura for a long time, and even though this isn't a vintage one with an automatic movement, I'm pretty happy. It was used in the Men In Black movies and a favorite watch of Elvis, which makes it that much better. And if it's good enough for Will Smith while saving the world from an Arquillian battle cruiser and good enough for The King himself, then it's good enough for me.

Bought a 12 pack of Ampad 20-208 Evidence 3" x 5" notepad refills for just less than $9 with free two day shipping from amazon.

The Strange Case Of... - Halestorm

Heard 'Freak Like Me' on the radio and loved it, so checked out some of their other stuff. Liked what I heard. Bought album. $17.99 on iTunes. 👍

Also bought Disturbed's version of 'Land of Confusion' for $2.39. Have liked their cover of the Genesis song for quite a while now, figured it was about time I added it to my music collection :)

Marshall amp for 25 Euros, from a friend. Strings for the freebee Vantage guitar (from another friend.

Rock ON

Congrats. I do not really fancy that style, but I know you have been keen on getting one. 👍

Try Satan's Blood. It's 800,000 Scoville Units. I bought a bottle of that stuff about 12 years ago and still have about a half a bottle left. It's that HOT! It's pointless to use it in anything other than making large amounts of food hot, like casseroles. I sometimes add it to other hot sauces to make them hotter. Just one to three drops works perfectly.

It's pure capsaicin extract and red wine vinegar. You do not want to try a drop on your bare tounge! It'll melt your tounge and gums and ruing everything you eat for hours. Drinking milk or yougurt will make it burn your throat all the way down which makes it a lot worse.

The Trinidad Moruga Scorpion is currently the hottest pepper in the world. From 600,000 to over 2,00,000 Scoville Units.

Egg Noodles... £1.73 for 5 days worth. That's fairly cheap living. I am totally skint... except for the £45 on my credit card that I'm keeping so I can get to BTCC on Sunday... who needs food when you have touring cars...?

Well said. I was often of a similar train of thought when it came to food Vs. alcohol, food Vs. DVD, food Vs. pop or even food Vs. a few rounds of House of the Dead at the arcade.

These days I just can't stop eating and would pick food over anything. All of my latest purchases have been cuts of meat.

I've gotten two new things within the past few days.

First thing: New phone! Lovin' the new BlackBerry. It does much more than my old one, although the touch screen is going to take some time to get acclimated to.

The second thing: A mechanical typewriter. Royal Quiet DeLuxe, c. 1948. It's in good working order, only thing is that the current ink ribbon is nearing the end of its life, so I have to replace that. I've cleaned it up, and it's a definitely a whole different experience than typing on a computer.

Here it is, in all it's glory:

Haha, that's where the fun comes in - I was typing some sheets yesterday to try it out and you quickly learn to think really carefully about what you want to say before you write it. The machine doesn't do the work for me like Microsoft Word does! But I treat it like a mental exercise, to help keep me sharp. 👍

But actually, there's no '1' key and no '!' key. To type number one I use a lower-case 'L' which doubles for '1'. To type an exclaimation point I have to type an apostrophe, then backspace and type a period beneath it. Not too much extra work once I get used to it, I think.

As for printing, it's a word processor and printer all in one! Why have two machines when one will do? :sly:
