Has anyone tried/heard of arthritis gloves? I wear cotton gloves already for palm sweat. Not for grip. Might give these a try.

If they work it will be great ! I am using Sparco R383 no gloves , when one hand cramps up I can still finish the race. I all so replace a good T3PA-pro with a T-LCM for my legs I haven’t spent much time find tuning. I am waiting for the PS5 so as not to continue with bad habits.

Your hands cramp up when using a wheel? Ive not heard of that before. Do you have your FFB Torque on a high/heavy setting by chance?

Got some new toys on the way for the rig, I’m pretty excited to try these out. :)

Edit: This is how it will work when setup.

All the parts to make this were only $140 CDN taxes in, vs buying a ButtKicker kit with only one shaker for $375 CDN + tax. Plus with the BK’er I’d still have to buy the speaker wire, the HDMI splitter and 3.5mm to RCA cable I’m pretty sure.

If this works well could you fill me in so I could do the same please? I would need pretty detailed instructions, I'm not the sharpest knife in the drawer if you know what I mean.

I sure can, if it works well I’ll make a video on what you need and how to do it. 👍

Edit: These are the couple videos I watched yesterday when researching info. :)

This one is hooked up to a PS4, basically how I intend to build mine.

This is on PC, so would connect differently. But the parts are basically the same.

Most awesome!!! Thank you sir. My last request is do you happen to know what a strong lap time is Maggiore (full course) GR3 BOP on RS?? Actually any compound is fine, I can compare by changing tires.

Really like your helmet collection!

That guitar collection is not bad either!

Left-handed models are pretty uncommon to find in stores, and a lot of manufacturers and models don't have a LH option at all.

Off the top of my head no, but I can run a couple laps later and get back to you. :)

Agreed, I’m tired of racing against your bucket/bench seat plebs. Can we get a note into PD about that please? :D

In other news I, I used the tax refund and now can also play rfactor2 and Automobilista2 at home. I considered ACC, but I race the online in GTS, and there’s only gt3/4. I must say re the tiny amount of time I now have on the pc, the driving is, well, totally epic!

The final bits of the bass shaker kit should be here today, I can’t wait to get it all set up and running. This is gonna be so cool. :)

I am excited to find out how well it works and the about the, amount of immersion it adds.

You going to love it, trust me. Back in the early 2000‘s when Gt4 dropped, that was the Day when i switched from Controller to Wheel.
I pre ordered the Bundle with the DFGT/Game. I was living on my own as a single in a small Appartement. I had only little Money but after spending it for the Bundle I still had a bit left and bought 2 Bass Shakers for Stereo Shake Effect. The Brand was Nova, 50Watt RMS, 4 Ohm.
I then went to a Tool Shop and bought me some Wood Plates and stuff I needed to install the Shakers to, which I then screwed under my 1Seater Leather Couch.
I wired them to my Yamaha rxv 550 receiver to the Speakers B-Output Zone.
So I could use the in game Surround Sound through my 5.1 Speakers combined with the Shakers running on the B Zone. The Range was from 150hz all the way down to 20hz which was just incredible and breathtaking.
You will finally feel EVERYTHING!!! The Engine buzz and tire squeal will be felt like you’re sitting in a real Car.
In my honest opinion, this is what made GT a real Driving Simulator to me.
Without it, it’s just a dull and lifeless Game.
The Immersion that the Shakers add are priceless. It will transform your driving Experience to a complete new level.
I could write about it over and over but you‘ll soon find it out. Enjoy it

I have a Bose surround sound, will that have the required outputs for bass shakers?? The Bose sounds nice but I'm a little disappointed with the options/accessories and usability of it.

Should be. The shakers I ordered are only 20w each I think? They are out for delivery now, Canada post has been delayed a while lol. I can’t wait to get off work today!
