Yeah we are hooked up to the master socket, going to go try the test socket to see what happens. Your like the god of consumer knowlage of the interwebzzzzz!

Sorry I didn't get back on earlier, Bk. I got sidetracked browsing Tumblr for many hours and watching Celebrity Juice. Anyone going to be on at a reasonable enough time for me to use my wheel tomorrow?

I might hop on for a bit if you fancy it Adam, it's been a while since I've drifted with SFX. It's a shame I'll no longer get to hear Cro sing about Pwners massive boner though </3
 
I'm not sure Cro even knows what all happened. Maybe he'll come back a bit more once he realizes how active a lot of this team is again. Probably not though. haha

Yea, I should be on around 4/5ish. No mic at the minute though, I lost the cable that goes into the PS3 for the Turtle Beaches :grumpy: And You'll have to excuse the awful drifting, I'm just getting back into the game, haha,

The world of gaming isn't complete without Cro and his antics. The amount of times we've been sat bored on Xbox and said "If only Cro was here, this wouldn't be so boring." Lol.

Hahaha, well I need to know these things, especially when I deal with a lot of people wanting me to fix their Win:censored: PC's. They'll be like, "Oh Firefox isn't fast, Chromes faster".. and then I reply with... "Actually you'll find Chromes slower even though it opens single processes, all those processes add up to a higher amount than Firefox and if you were to test these on a Linux PC you'd find that out for yourself."

It's a shame for people who run Windows that think they know everything about their computer. There was this guy once who said, "I'm running an x64 version of Windows 7, have 3GB of RAM and an i5 Processor, and yet it's still slow, it takes forever to load my games and when I'm browsing I can't even watch HD videos without them dropping frames." I replied to him and said, "Well I'm running a 32-bit version of Peppermint (Linux distro) with 2GB of RAM an a crappy AMD Athalon CPU and I can handle games just fine. I boot up to the desktop in just 4 secs, I can run full 1080p HD videos seamlessly in fullscreen, and I've got crappier specs than you. You'll using Windows is the problem". He didn't reply... XD

I don't have that computer anymore, I gave it to my brother like some 3 years ago when I got this laptop I'm on just now. Both laptops are running Linux, he's on Peppermint, I'm on Ubuntu and we're never had any sorts of problems. Funny that. XD

Adam is going to come in here and dig his eye out with a rusty spoon. :lol:

But yeah, make sure you nag them until they finally give-up and send someone to repair it properly. They hire contractors, so nag the ISP not the engineer and if they say it'll cost to get someone out, just say, we're not paying for your mistake. It's your equipment, get it fixed. If they don't play ball, threaten them with court. That'll soon get them playing. XD

Don't worry, I went to my bed anyway, was shattered. Hence my failingz on last nights sesh. I'll be on today again.

If you call yesterdays drifting awful, I'd hate to see you when your "beasting". 'Cause you were beasting last night... I couldn't even keep up, and you've been away for like how many months? D:
 
I was doing awful! Lol. A lot of room for improvement.

I still don't understand why everyone uses hards. Having the most amount of grip is just as important in drifting as it is in F1.
 
Apparently it's closer to street tires in real life, personally I think they are closer to near enough wasted used tyres... For lobbies to shut people up I use hards.. by myself mediums.
 
glad im not the only one who thinks the shifting is stupid. The amount of times I've bogged down and straightened out because it took 9 and a half years to change gear.
 
I kind of found a way round it on my DFGT. If I let off fully as a change gear, it changes fast, but if I keep my foot planted, it takes ages. It mainly happens when I'm changing up in slow corners, faster corners arn't so bad.

Defiantly not the only one. I always use mediums when I'm on my own, but put hards on when I go in to a lobby, then it just feels like i've put part-worn budget tyres on and pumped them up to 50PSI.
 
Lol, comfort hards just feel to easy to drift on, so little response compare to mediums, oh well.
 
Yeah, I find myself sliding into walls exiting higher speed corners because of lack of grip. However I am on a controller :/
 
It's no better on wheel. not to bad on lower hp car on tight tracks but anything over 250/300hp and bigger tracks you need mediums. Give me some of them Neovas! Lol
 
Glad i'm not the only one who does that, haha. A bad tread pattern can spoil a car lolol.
