I'll add you both to the OP tomorrow, I'm about to hop in the sack and read a bit more of 'World War Z' before I crash.

Great book by the way, especially when coupled with a viewing of '28 Weeks Later' in the same evening.

Maybe I'll catch one of you on tomorrow. đź‘Ť

Here's my new rig with a cro inspired handbrake :P. Linked it to the DS3 using zipties. Sorry if the photos are rather large, I had to link them from Facebook, seeing as I couldn't upload them to flickr :(

Where is it?

Where is it?

Your messing right?

That very large orange tube with the black and yellow screwdriver handle đź‘Ť left of my desk. DS3 is mounted on the inside, underneath the desk :)

I finally got around to adding you two to the OP, I had to change a few irrelevant things due to inconsistency so I hope you don't mind.

I plan on coming online slightly more than I have been in the past and trying to do a recruitment mission so hopefully we can find one or two cool people who aren't complete f-tards.

Speaking of, I'm getting on very soon for a session, if anyone fancies a drift with me, please let me know.

Edit: oh yeah, I've reclaimed leadership. Deal with it.

Edit2: Room is up, number is: 1472 - 6118 - 3830 - 2743 - 0513.

That sounds like an excellent time! Anyways, I'll be on in around 2 hours. Anyone going to be on?

I may come back on but a feasible alternative is to eat a box of sleeping pills and wander around my neighborhood. I'll likely choose the latter.

ill be on tonight about 7:30ish GMT if you gents are sliding.

Well I won't be sliding for a couple of weeks yet. >_> Cro, I think Pwner's right, I think you need to start smoking again, lmao.

I got "this close" *makes a gesture with index finger and thumb* to smoking last night, but I said screw it. I'm kind of glad I didn't actually.

Anyway, I'll probably refrain from getting on GT5 until late tonight, I ruined it for me yesterday by coming on early and drifting with random idiots.

I guess having no mic, takes away from the fact that his drifting is top notch. Went 8 OMT's with D-Max this weekend. Maybe you should look past the mic deal ,ya?

Having a mic is the only way to have any form of identity in online gaming, honestly, I don't really see the point in playing online if there's no verbal communication. What's most confusing to me is the people that spend countless hours playing GT5, practically making it a lifestyle, but they won't drop the 20 bucks to get a cheap bluetooth. It's even funnier when someone has a wheel but no mic, I just don't get it.

Regardless, thanks for the input.

It's not that I cant afford a mic it's the fact that the headsets are soldout where I live and the nearest best buy is 20 minutes away.

Hi Guys, long time no see..

I agree; distance or price is never a reason not to buy some kind of stuff. There is the interwebs you know.. It lets stuff get to you in a cheap way..

Sjiit main; i bought a 20 buck logitech usb headset; works great.

Yeah, the drifting forums suck now. You've got two classes of people around here. 1) People who take GT5 way too seriously, to the point where it's sickening, and 2) people who are just idiotic in one way or another. Those who create a thread when there's two similar threads on the same page are a prime example.

Anyways, how's things going for you Adam?
