About the alliance, I should have thought about it a bit more before proposing one, it was a spur of the moment type of thing, I didn't clearly think that one through. Our teams don't really share many of the same values so it was a bad idea on my part from the beginning, that one's my bad.

In regard to how you deal with GT5, it became my business when you came in here and told me "then leave GTP."

About me getting annoyed because I'm so perfect, I'm not perfect in any sense, I'm completely aware of my flaws. One thing that greatly annoys me around here however, is how there are people older than me with better educational merits that still for the life of them can't type a proper sentence. That bewilders me.

The whole thing with members leaving my team and wanting to join yours, that's perfectly fine. In fact, I almost encourage it. If people don't want to be here, I could care less. The ones who do however, I do care about. As I've said many times before, I would rather have a really small team who consider ourselves friends than a giant group of hodge-podge chaotic nonsense. You can gladly have Commodore, and whoever else. If they don't want to be here, that's perfectly fine with me, it's a damn game after all.

Start having fun with the game? Now that's the big one. I do have fun with the game to a point, it's more like a past time that only slightly brings a smile to my face. It was a lot more fun with a wheel, sure. Now that I'm back on the DS3, though, it's pretty mundane to be honest. I'm trying to have fun with GT5 but it's pretty tough. I just find that now that I don't play as much, I don't enjoy it as much, I kind of use it now as a last resort when I have absolutely nothing else to do. Lately, I've found reading a book to be equally exciting, that should tell you something.

I dont have a large team at all! But when people want to join a team, they are looking for peple who also love GT5 drifting as much as they do, plus they also are looking for a family in the GT community. Nobody likes their parents bitching all the time, and thats what you do. So what did they do, they left cause they are tired of hearing it.

Because of the Nirvana like title that I have came in this thread. Though Adavicro, how would you like the Drift Forum to be like? No racism intended, it is a KFC commercial with Guile's theme from Street Fighter. Reading the past pages, and I agree about the seriousness about a game. Though throughout the years I have been trying to make drifting fun in various games, people will ruin it. People will disagree with you and how you run things. But if you want a team that is filled with friends, try find other games to play with them than GT5. I have been in the drifting forums too long but when GT3-4 was here, the drifting forums always showed no respect for anyone (especially mods and the grammar was really bad( especially mine...))

in D1GP...it is ILLEGAL to use anything but street tires. in fact the cars must pass an inspection...requiring registration of the vehicle, as well as a decibal test in case the exhaust is too loud.

if you want to excel..sim tires are the way to go.

if you simply want to drift to say you did it..go with slicks.

(you will notice that the experienced drifters will say sims, however the noobs say slicks...hint hint ).

Edit: ( I may have been rambling much...)Back in GT3, we had alot of help from Team members and controllable discussions. Though that seems hard to be now.

This place has gone into complete chaos.... That being said, I very much boubt I will around in GT5 anytime soon, I don't find it very interesting or even have the motivation to turn my PS3 on to play it, especially with FM4 just around the corner aswell. So if I get removed from the roster or made a member, I won't be bothered.

Today I had the day off so I was in a lot of lobbies with gtp players And I have yet to see some seriousness, What I see is a bunch of lads drifting having fun and when people screw up we have a good laugh.

yes this is serious..at least there wasn't a veyron going backwards around tskuba, a trio of audi rs6's attempting to hook it into every corner but undsteering wildly and the odd x1 hammering around the track at un recognisable speeds. this coupled with all the punters, and idiots that think i want to hear the music they are listening to, angry parents telling disobedient kids to get off the ps3 and themselves shouting and swearing back and then there's the arrogant ***** that try to argue over every minor detail (tyre choices, drivetrain choices weight and power restictions.) and then the general public that lack being able to unsterstand basic instructions such as "sector drift on this bit, wait for the train" etc...

sounds like your day with GTP drifters was serious and heaven in one go.
