dear god, anyone have hints for IA-10, lol... I have all golds until that (silver), and still have to do S License

Just got 60 gold myself. IA-10 was the last one i got. The S Licence all gold was easier than IA-10!

What I found is that you can brake very late in the Lambo, as long as you brake in a straight line.

There is something I must be doing wrong with the last couple corners, I rarely ever finish the first lap in less than 1'24
 
Would've posted this sooner but Ive been a bit busy lately. I dunno if its just me, but the S class licenses seemed WAY to easy this time around.

I've golded all of A, B and IC-1 and 2. I'm on IC-3 at the moment. I'm using a G27.

General Tips (as others have said):

1) Always disable traction control, I usually leave ABS at 1
2) Don't follow the stupid driving line (if you're trying to get gold)
3) Ghost car is your friend!

Specific tips:

IC-1 1000M Stop test in the Aston Martin - Had a bitch of a time, must have tried this 30 times. I was within .020 or .040 of gold almost every damn time, adjusted braking point a gazillion times, improved shifts every time, just could not get the damn gold time! Finally I tried it with the ABS off and E-Brake and a little sideways stop at the end, got gold and beat the required time by a tenth on my 3rd attempt! :) I was happy about that one.

I also find the licenses to be extremely easy as compared to previous versions, I don't recall ever getting this many golds before. Quite a few of them I've got on my first or second attempts. IC-3 is proving a little difficult, have probably tried 10 times but I'm getting closer and closer.

I've only tried the online racing once, have done a few A-spec and 1 B-spec event. I love B-spec for being able to sit back and use the DS3 controller from my couch when I don't feel like jumping in the cockpit. :)

I finally got all 60 golds today! Sorry i cant add a pic but look at my profile my username is TankAss95. The one I found hardest was the 2 lap overtaking trial (I think it was IC-10) with the old lambo in rome. Im really dissapointed with the prize cars I got though-too many standards I dont really think it was worth the effort.
 
Tip for IC-8 with the Alfa Romeo - A lil' Scandanavia flick on the first corner and staying in 3rd gear has you carrying WAY more speed and ended up pretty well crushing the gold time. :)
 
Yep, got 58 myself right now.
And the 2 I don't got gold on yet, are the FR Cone Slalom and Rome overtaking bs.
Not sure if I'll ever be able to do them ffs.
 
I made all 60 licence test Gold. Yesterday, I managed to get I-C, I-B, I-A and Superlicences Gold within two hours. And it was much easier than the A and B-licences.

In last licence test you just need to overtake some dumb AI-drivers which is much mor easier than to have a pee.

But the XP for licence test and the cars you get are just a joke.

For me, the hardest test of all where two one: first was license Aor B with the 1 Series Coupe through the Schumacher S at the Nürburgring. Oh man, I needed 40 runs to get it Gold and missed it many times at just 0.040 or sth. The second one was 370z on Indiapolis to get through some u-turns. Oh man, this car is terrible...it feels like it weights 3 tons.
 
Got 50 golds so far, time to tackle the S licenses. My friend nailed the S licenses in about 90 minutes so hopefully it doesn't take me too long. The second cone stalom was my most difficult so far.
 
G25 + H shift (modded no more paddles n 2 buttons on wheel, pedals modded vertical)
in game, traction control and abs off for all 59 tests except the wet braking, left it at 1 for abs, traction control still off.
had work commitment, finally manage to put in some time to join club60

I seriously need a wheel or something.. I'm struggling to get lots of the golds, even some on the first few licences. I'm going for all silvers I think, although there's a silver I can't seem to crack just yet; can't remember exactly which but it's in a Nissan Fairlady at Indy. I must be doing something horrifically wrong because I can't make any time up at all.

I may just give up, the licences are worth basically no XP and you get no money, so there's no motivation for me really.
 
Iv got all 50 Golds so far and just about to go at the Super license.
BUT i was hoping the skid recovery would be switched off for the specials but its been on on every single tarmac test so far. Very annoying. :nervous:
