Some hidden/reserved GT5 tickets

I may be posting the obvious, but:

It seems to me that you must be logged in with the same account as you bought the DLC car pack with to use it. If I'm not logged in, i can see my DLC cars in my garage, but I can't use them. It says I need to reinstall the pack.

I honestly don't see this or the finding of Academy prizes ( they are simply going to have an affect in the area of those dong trading) killing the game. Selective distribution of things like the 'Edge' car, GT Academy stuff, releasing half a game, drip feeding of extra content (and yes, even the seasonals which actually bring the content quantity up to where it should have been at the start) and DLC, these things to me will have had a more negative impact on the game's reputation.

With regard to what Sorg has done, is simply find and report on information within the framework of the game itself. He hasn't contravened AUP or, I believe, given out copyrighted aspects of the game. It is just information, not part of the game itself he has put out there.

No sorry mate any information on the disc would be the property of the owners of it, PD/Sony

Making that knowledge known to people/or exploring that disc and using it in a manner than what it is intended for breaks that agreement on owning that disc and the rights of the copyrighted information?

Its like me with an image I make for the sole purpose of someone downloading to use has a desktop wallpaper.

If you distribute that image elsewhere without my permission thats an infringment of my copyrights and I can serve you with a DMCA takedown notice the site which holds that image what you may of posted whether its a blog or your own site, I if you do not correspond then would have the power to inform the site which is holding the information to take down the said item.
If they also do not comply I can take legal action against all parties involved?

Its the same principle of what the copyright infromation I have pointed too on the back cover of the GT5 game.

So with that in mind any image posted in this thread and the information is the tangible property of PD/Sony.

So that would also include all the information that has been supplied by Sorg since that is the property of PD/Sony too.

Even doing so with good intentions and not knowingly doing anything wrong they are still within there rights?

And I presume by the AUP I thought they had an understanding on the matter as well since its wrote into the AUP?

We also really wanted to include track maps in the book, but were unfortunately advised not to by our intellectual property lawyer.

It may be an oversite by what can be printed and what can be made public on the internet, Its in a public domain and no matter which way you look at it its still an infringment of copyrights.

Pretty sure its actually on the back of the GT5 box! But it was never actually in the game, just another strange thing about GT5

Just like the Red Lancer RM in Tsukuba 9hr(which became DLC). Also the Prologue Corvette RM is in 4hr Nurburgring but we have the Corvette GT1 RM version.

The way I read the AUP it shows to me he also broke them by making people aware of some software he,s cracked open and distributing the information of that?

Am saying he,s broken copyrights that are PD/Sonys and thats has clear has the nose on anyones face.

So all that information on the back of the game doesn,t really mean anything then its there just to fill the space up.
I will remember that when am court for an offence when I sit and watch a DVD/Blueray that I shouldn,t be.👍 Or is all that information they supply us with just before where going to watch just a time filler to get ready for the film?

I'm talking about the Academy cars that you got for completing the events in the 2012 Academy. Those were untradable until a few days ago. And now...the suit that you got after the event.

I have Stealth cars. Would this apply as well?

If you read the copyright correctly, it says "1997 - 2010", therefore,the license only lasted until 2010 when the game debuted. If they had updated it too 1997 - 2012, sorg and GT Planet would have problems.

However, what you're suggesting is that "all" content from this game is copyright of PD/Sony, and as such this site wouldn't even have a leg to stand on with the amount of photos, and edited photos from the game.

How about we all just take a chill pill, let Jordan take care of any legal issues, should any come about, and let's actually just make the best of the content sorg is supplying us with.
