I hope Pike Peak will be in there also. Day/Night cycles is a must for this track!!!

Edit: Also PD should allow the driver to fall off the cliff and get a game over which would be challenging instead of having invisible walls

I wonder, have you guys loaded and watched the new Spec 2.0 intro?

There you can see Spa in different angles for a short time... Also the new kart track! looks great, both!

I will be busy with FM4 but will come back for Spa =)

Even Spa is a fantastic track, it gives me creeps when I am thinking about random lobby online with 6-14 year old kids with their X1's, would be absolute great from PD to add some true flag rules for online gaming, would make it less messy.

I will clean dust from my GT Legends(PC) game and set some times at Spa and compare those with GT5 times

I don't get why some people are complaining. :lol: SPA alone just like the other person said worth 12 bucks and people seem to forget that PD is one of the best track maker in the business next to Iracing and Iracing is way more expensive, so IMO everything else is just a bonus for that price. :)

Also don't forget about cars and tracks that haven't been added like the FT86II and the premium 99 WRC

Everyone HOLD UP as far as getting excited about tracks revealed in that screen capture from a dev PC.

Those are folders of reference photos (you can tell by looking at the Spa thumbnails, they are obviously snapped every X metres on the circuit from a mounted camera).

So although the PD team may have detailed reference research done, that in no way means we will see a fully modelled circuit with that name in GT5.

I hope we get more, too, but just temper your expectations a bit, eh 👍
 
It's pretty stunning, the fact it's dark but with so many light sources of different colours close to the track... I'm hoping it will really show off the lighting system well.

I'm kind of curious about it, we know what Spa is and it's going to be awesome, but this is just... something else.

It surprised me though. When I first played GT5 I was looking for that car in the Subaru dealership and only found the WRC 08 version (very disappointed). Also note the long Nordwand track, I thought it's gonna be part of it's variation. I sure hope all of this will come to DLC.

That's exactly why I'm going to love this track some. I've been hoping for something to liven things up in GT5. Miata will be the first vehicle I use on there. Since this is the first of DLC for GT5 and we're getting Spa, I bet the future DLC packs will match the surprise factor of this one. Who had any idea we'd be getting Spa? It's the first track pack, and we're getting Spa? with an uncharacteristic of Gran Turismo kart track. NoBody, NOBODY had any clue we'd be getting a kart track and one that looks like a disco disco. Scrappy coco lol sorry

If we don't get every single previous track in GT AND the tracks and track variations from that piece of 🤬 forza, I may just return GT5.
 
As I said in the other thread, I would have paid $100 for Spa.

Even though I strongly thought this should have been included with the original game (especially since the game cost so much compared to a lot of other releases). But its still fantastic news. Now I can have another track to wear out rather than the long nurburgring circuit.

Went for $78 (or $77 I forget) on release day at Big W, I still bought the Sig edition however.

Sorry to burst your bubble, but Jordan did say, that picture meant absolutely nothing about tracks in GT5. It was a folder of tracks that are believed to have been visited and researched by Polyphony, and there was absolutely no confirmation of it being a track list for GT5. If my memory serves me well, there are also some old GT tracks on that list as well, tracks evidently not in GT5.
