I presume the $20 voucher has a code that only unlocks the track packs and cars (e.g. you couldn't use it to buy add ons for other games). So for those who cannot find the add ons on the PS Store this should provide a way of getting them.

You can also get the Speed Course pack.
Now anyone have a way to get Twin Ring Motegi?

The XL version includes a "Voucher good for over $20 worth of DLC content, including the Racing Car Pack, Car Pack 2, Course Pack, Racing Gear Pack, and Paint Pack."
Great deal on the XL version. Since has spec 2.0 on the disc it would come in handy in you ever need to reinstall the game.

Yes it happens to me at this moment. Im not able to purchase the tracks. 11/21/2012. Any one else has this problem or know something we dont know ?

I even spent my Gamestop reward points on a PSN card specifically so I could get the track pack, and now this fiasco.
I called SCEE and went through all the hassle of navigating their inept customer service to basically be told "we're working on it, we can't say how or what we're doing, but just trust us."
The arrogance you get from some people makes a bad situation way more frustrating then it has to be.

I live in Brazil and can't buy in Gamestop, even putting an american adress and even if the item is available for download and doesn't need to be shipped.

My old 40gb PS3 blew up two weeks ago. Picked up the $199.00 250gb Friday. Went to the Playstation Store to re-download my tracks and cars... what a mess. The filter option is horrible and no track packs available. Did a search here and found out it's not just me. The new store is junk.
Some explanation from Sony or PD would be appreciated after all this time. Is it a glitch? An oversight on their part? A rights issue? Are they working on an all-in-one pack? Don't think it would be a rights issue in the case of the Special Stage Route X test track, since that was their own creation. "We're working on it" really isn't a good enough answer.
And the new store layout really does stink. Terrible interface. If this is a preview for the menu system on the potential Playstation 4, like I've heard, I hope they go back to the drawing board.

And no, they/Sony don't NEED to explain the reason for the problem. It isn't something like the hack was.

I can confirm this as well. Good to see, although there's still tons of other non-gt5 stuff that was on the old store that is missing from the new one.
