Great racing last night. I was crying with laughter during the NASCAR race as I was watching the carnage that was taking place all around me. I'm glad to see that the PSN maintenance fixed all of our connections problems, not. Maybe in GT8 they will have everything worked out and running smoothly. Look forward to seeing/racing you all next week.

Where can I find the rules and race setup (settings) for this race?
Very good question. All the info can now be found on page 1 with the casual race agenda.

On another note, I would have gotten under 15 minutes but @Blackmagic60 kept messing me up.
Sorry Kingdom, I was going to blame it on you and I know how much you look forward to that but Gordon isn't online right now so he became the scapegoat for my mishaps on the track. I promise I'll blame you for something soon.

Has anyone done any testing yet with the F1Gt at Silverstone? If so, care to post your best lap times? Just curious. I did a lap in 15 minutes but I know I can improve upon that.

INFO on F1GT race below:

July 23rd, there will be a Formula 1 race complete with pit stops, tire wear, fuel consumption, driving in reverse, etc. This race will have a qualifying session first followed by a 1 hour race. The night will still begin at 8 as usual but starting approx. 9pm EST, the qualifying will begin. once completed, the first of a 4 part series will be run which will be a 1 hour race at Silverstone (GP circuit).
penalties will be ON and there will be no boost. At least one pit is mandatory but tire and fuel wear will be normal. A tire compound change is NOT required. The PP limit will be 880 for your F1.
remember, after this race is over, there will be another in a couple of weeks so the points for each week will be totaled for one final winner.

Nailed it.

I thought there's gonna be more talks/discussions on the 23rd Jul F-GT race.....

I've only logged into GT6 to race Casual Nights and Eh Team's series. I NEED to practice in the FGT. Can't make a total ass of myself. Next week I'll get into it and try and post up my findings.

OMG that's great!!!!

Yeah, I'm in a similar way as I certainly don't want to make an arse of myself. Especially after seeing how well I did in the trial run. I think my 15 minute lap time still holds true.
