Catface no funny no more. You = Fail. :P I actually saved every time I played, I just let him play with the card in. :ouch:

But seriously, the point of that memory card was that it was my main card that had a 97% win ratio after all the races except the 24hr enduros and after all the A-spec race boosting chasing the 100K club, I was shocked to see it go to 92% and from 5mil to 30K!! :irked:

In hindsight now, I can actually chase a new target and start with a fresh slate with an untouched card. I'm going to try to basically finish the whole game AND get atleast 50,000 A-spec pts. by day 1000. It should be attainable, it took me heaps of days to get near that 100k the first time around though.

Cat Face is awesome, you cannot deny. :P

I got less than 90%, and I couldn't care less if I suddenly lost 5%. :dopey:

Thats always the bonus to losing a save file. You can restart with your new skills intact and make the most out of the game at the beginning. When I first played GT4 I just got a Skyline and annihilated everything. No skills, just brute force got me the wins. Now I regret it because it's a pretty dumb thing to do and now I got a ton of races that have 1 a-spec point awarded. I'm not starting a new save though. 98%, 50mil+ and 900+ cars down the drain? I don't think so. :sly:

lol aight well i have to think about it. Well how about a Honda race. No Nitrous, you have a budget of 50,000 to buy a car and mod it any way you would like, any tire you want to run, nothing over 300HP, Everyone is welcom to join. The track will be Tsukuba. The challenge will be over on the 4th of June. No proof is neccesary, Be Legit and i will trust your word.

Did someone say Cr.50,000 Honda battle?

*looks up*

Someone did!

I'll give it a go, I assume you want us to post price lists too? ;)

Im not sure which track yet but im interested in El Capitan. This is where I will be testing my project. Actually I may have a four door sedan after all. The original car I had in mind was the Acura 3.2 CL Type S. But there are a couple other options that have ran across my mind so I'll be doing a few initial test first in the cars factory state before I start constructing. Later on this evening I will definitely have some to present to you though.

bring on that track reverse forward? I can always bring down the HP on the sho? Sorry I didn't see this sooner!

92_NSX_TYPE_R is this going to be your first car?

No it's not my first car but it is my first spot challenge shoman, and VTiRoj no you don't have to list the price and all that I will trust your word on what you have done to the car and lap time.

Oh okay, I'll still list my parts and prices incase someone wants to replicate my car or debate about used car prices. :)

I'll go find a car tomorrow, well, I already have an idea of the car I wish to use but it's a case of finding it in the used lots. ;)

Oh, I know this is a dumb question but I always ask this: Are wheels counted in the budget? Cr.500 for a visual mod that does nothing to performance.

Sounds good, i'll jump in:). So can you use any upgrade, under 50k, except NoS? I'm thinking decor as well.

I say yes. 👍 You want bigger rims Roj you pay for them!!

$50k on a Honda?? That's a tempting spot race, you might get me in with a nice little car or two on that hp limit!! :mischievous:

Haha, I bought the wheels, made them count on the budget and I still have over Cr.1,000 left!

a Cr.50,000 Honda budget challenge, eh?? just go buy the 10km Honda S600.., :dopey::lol:, oh wait, that's over the budget cap..,

VTiRoj its up to the peoson in the challenge to count that, i usually do but since it doesn't give any performance enhancements it's just for looks. And yes ANY mod is ok as long as it has under 300HP, and there is no Nitrous allowed.

Well either way, counted or not, I'm still well within the rules. ;)

Oh and to give a slight indication of how I'm doing, I have exactly 300BHP on this machine, a fair amount of weight, but still capable of 1 minute flat lap times even when I'm just getting used to the handling. ;)

Then again, I have my eye on another car but it hasn't appeared in the used lots, when it appears I'll be building it and seeing if it's better than this car.

That second car will be, and I highly doubt it will need aftermarket suspension to be adequately stiff like the current car. ;)

Well I know this is way before the deadline for the Honda 'budget' challenge but here is my first time and car:

CAR: 1999 Honda Integra Type-R (DC2). Cost= $11,580

Parts and Cost of each: Oil Change= $50, Original Suspention= $14,300
Racing Chip= $1,000, Racing Exhaust= $4,500, Sports Flywheel= $500, Super-Close Tranny= $5,500, Stage 2 Turbocharger= $12,500. $70 Remaining (for drinks :D)

Vehicle Settings:
Suspention Settings: Spring Rate= 9.5/6.5, Ride Height= 90/95, Shock Absorbers= 7/8, Camber= 2.0/1.0, Toe=0/0, Stabalizers= 5/5

These are the only settings i have modified.

Tsukuba Circut Time= 1'07.221
286HP@8000RPM, 186TQ@6200RPM

hehehe.......I've got a 7,797cr. Integra Type R, so I'll save nearly $4k to start compared to 92NSXTypeR. ;) Not to mention a 2nd car incase I can't get sub 1'00 with the Teg 1st. :)

Roj, I've got a feeling that I know what car you've got, and it would be easy to get that at 300hp AND have enough for some other handling goodies. ;)

 well that was the first car i have entered. I'm going to go 'play' arround with a couple ideas and what not and see what i can come up with. By the way Good Luck to whome ever enters.👍

I think the fact I said 300bhp confirms what car I'm using. :P

Half my budget went towards tyres, a bit towards a triple clutch and the rest improving key areas of the car. Oh and downforce too.

Edit: I found that car I was looking for. And I got good and bad news. The bad news is that its a lot faster than my first car. And the good news is that it ain't me who'll be racing against it. ;):P

It's okay roj, I haven't attempted the build up yet, I'm trying to get my licences back on the 1st MC. But I've already got the tune lined up. 👍
