I should be around at sometime this Bank Holiday weekend; when more people can join...

PointsTable_zps5fb53dfd.jpg

This Table shows us how even the cars are; and after timing each car at High Speed Ring and Trial Mountain Circuit; the Mercedes-Benz 190E leads the tables; closely followed by the Nissan and Honda Accord Euro-R.

We still have 4 more tracks to test at until we finish and can determinate which cars need a performance boost and where. When the new setups have been decided - we run this once again...

As of now, it looks like the Ford may need a performance upgrade; and 2 cars shall also be eliminated if failed to scratch the mark...

I think Lotus should be gone, a shame but it has too much weight so it really struggles and feels super unbalanced, really on a knife edge when driving hard.
Also it is worth noting the times, if all the cars are really close than thats the goal.👍 But I see its pretty close between top 3 which is good, and I know 406 is pretty good so I think we are getting closer each test.👍

At the end of this test, we shall see where the Carlton lies; as it could do much better if some weight was removed. I think, personally that the Mazda should go - as it is no fun to race. However, these could both be the cars that are eliminated...

The 190E is very twitchy; but it very fast when driven well. So I think more experienced drivers would go with the Benz. People claim the Audi is too fast; I think we've made it slower than it should be!

Think the Ford, Alfa, 406 and Megane all need a small kick up the arse; as they seem to be some of the slower cars...

Send me the specs over Jas i'll run some laps for you if your not in a hurry.👍

Can't right now; laptop with all the data on has overheated once again..
Will send the Specs to you in the morning...

Yep we will wait and see. I think Audi is a bit off, like Renault and others but nothing bad, so I think little bit less weight (maybe add some for Renault help balance?) and we would be closer.👍 I think power wise they are all alright, I think weight is the key issue. Like the weight in the Lotus just really hurts it badly, its got a boot full of torque but handles like a boat.

Wouldn't you want the Audi to be a bit off? It's 4WD is always going to give it a race pace advantage that would cancel out the lack of one-lap pace.

I shall revise the weight issues once Part 1 of Testing is complete...

Well, we will make the required changes based on Timed Testings first - and make final adjustments under race situations...

Right now, I'm leaning towards the Nissan. That Merc is too damn fidgety under braking.

Next time I'm in GT5, I'll check my garage and see what vehicles I've got and how close they come to the specs listed here. I have an Audi S4 and a Mercedes 190E. I just need to see what their current specs are.

The Lounge for Official Testing will open at 3PM GMT; and we shall begin testing at 3:30PM GMT.

If you are interested - and haven't received the Car Specifications List; please send a PM and a PSN Friend Request.
Testing shall be held in my lounge...

Hope to see you there!

Lounge is now open..
Sorry I was 15 minutes late; the wife distracted me.

Times have now been moved on - and Official Testing shall begin at 3:45PM.
Remember to clear cache before you join!

Have you thought how you will be carrying out the spec checks or if it even possible with these variations?:nervous:

Apologies about the lack of Feedback and Updates that have been posted. Been incredibly busy with stuff..

I hope for Testing to continue tomorrow. Shall release dates/times tomorrow morning...

What's the word on race venues, if any?

We are still in the Car Planning Stage; and the dates are yet to be decided...

Time and days woulds be good too,

I will hopefully run a Test Session at some point this week...

Unfortunately, I've been very busy with things this last week or so; and haven't been able to work on this as much as I've been hoping. I was thinking about running a Test Session on Wednesday at 7PM GMT...

Personally for me Tuesday would be better, But I am but one person, go with the majority,

ok cool, checking the OP and see what cars I have, should I send an FR?
