Pretty much any Lexus LS400/430 and the preceding Mercedes S Class.

The spooky one at the moment is the new Toyota Corolla hatch, the current Honda Civic hatch and the new Peugeot 307. If they were at uni they'd be expelled for plagiarism.

Should bring out some better euro cars to australia...wouldnt mind seeing a TVR branch pop up here in brisbane. I could see myself cruising around in a griffith blackpool...haha

323 and mercury tracer...Ford and Mazda are close, but Mercury isn't, but they are the same, my dad took seats and interior pieces out of a Mercury Tracer, and they fit right in the 323...

Same car, big fella.

Lexus is Toyota's top line brand, but they don't use the Lexus nameplate in Japan, so the Lexus range in Japan are Toyota - the LS430 is the Celsior.

I think we need to leave out re-badged cars that are the same, and focus on the 'rip-offs'.

Just as an aside, did you know Subaru is selling the Opel/Vauxhall/Holden Zafira as the Traviq in Japan - they're building it at GM's plant in Thailand,

eh, I'll have to disagree with that... the Aerio looks quite a bit different IMHO than the Echo.... the Echo is pure uglyness.

Yeah, the new Corolla hatch and Civic hatch do look a lot alike. I don't think the 306 looks much like them, though.

Got another:

SUZUKI AERIO = TOYOTA ECHO

307, not 306

yes well now we have the new Hyundai Tiburon, the best Korean car ever made. Ever. Hands down. Ever.

Yeah, that's what I keep hearing. Have you driven one? I haven't tried one yet, but I checked one out on the lot, still think it's funny-lookin'...

It's easy to call the tiburon alot worse than funny looking.
10 year warrentied POS works too. Save all the money you can during those 10 years 'cause you WILL need a new car.

Avoid anything that Hyundi makes, and do'nt EVER buy a used one with or without a warrenty balance.

How can you call the Tiburon funny-lookin'? Lol. No, I think it's great. I haven't driven it, but on paper it looks extremely great, 10 year warranty, good (!) styling (at LEAST it's better than the old one!)

OK, I agree it looks better than the old one. But IMO, that's not sayin' much! ;) The important thing is, from what I've read, it drives a LOT better. Maybe I'll go scam a test-drive...

yea, the 10 year limited powertrain warrenty...that's probably only the stationary parts of the drivetrain system...

there's this company called Xotic Motorsports that is making :mclaren: F1's and selling them a heap cheaper than the original :mclaren: F1's.
