Well there's still the fact it's awful with a keyboard and mouse (fixable with a 360 controller) and the rendering resolution is hilariously tiny (fixable with the same mod that fixes the frame rate, it's called DSFix for future reference). The problem is that the mod can be tricky to get working properly, it doesn't seem to let you alter the rendering resolution from the default 1920x1080, which is fine for most people, but I couldn't get it to drop down to 1680x1050. Instead it was downsampling 1920x1080, so it looked a bit weird, and it was also letterboxed because of the different aspect ratios.
So, yeah, you might be lucky and it might work fine first time, but as far as I can tell you need a 1080p monitor and a 360 controller. Not a huge deal seeing as both are pretty standard for PC gaming now, but, yes.
Appreciate it that good sir. I do have a 360 Controller for Windows in my cart on Amazon. The funny thing is I already own the collectors edition of the original release on the 360, but I'd rather get it on my PC so I don't have to share the TV time with my wife.
You are definitely helping me on what decision would work out in the long run though.
