This one is cool!

Extreme hall: Real Circuit Tours Race 4 - Laguna Seca
Car: Ford GT LM Race Car Spec II '04 (R3 Front R2 Rear tyres, oil changed) / MR / ?HP (646HP on garage screen) / 1130kg / ?kg/HP (1.7kg/HP using garage value) / 200 A-spec points! :D

vs. 10th lineup after reset. The first lineup where all the AI pit, and the Group C car starts in 5th place, and hence is held up enough that you can pass him in the pits. Won by 1.7s after the Nissan R92CP took a whopping 6s off me in the final lap! :nervous: I have the replay saved, which is almost 100% clean, I think the Audi just catches my back end under braking in 1 corner, but other than that, flawless! Might be a race report soon! ;)

I also then repeated the race at Twin Ring Motegi in the same series in the Chaparral 2J '70, but it's been done twice before so nothing new there! Very easy race, once I've finished the last race here in the 8th different car for the series, I'll have my 100% complete game, and I'll be able to go back and clean up all the points I had to leave behind by not repeating races in high-point cars, like this one! I can see my 2J getting lot of use though! :mischievous:

Endurance races: Grand Valley 300km
Car: CUSCO Subaru ADVAN Impreza '03 (R1 Tires) / FR / 327HP(Oil changed) / 1100KG / 3.4kg/HP / 200 A-spec by Deathclown66

Against the 4th or 5th lineup (I think)
Nissa Xanavi NISMO
Mazda RX-8
Toyota au CERUMO
Mazda RX-7
Opel Calibra DTM car

very good race, it started off looking close, till I eventually pulled to a near 20-second lead, when the RX-7 suddenly passed the Xanavi NISMO, and flew up behind me, leaving me with a narrow 3.5 second win.

Very nice Deathclown66 welcome to the club. CLUB 200 that is! You've just become our newest member! Look out for your name in Post #1 when the next update takes place. (Hopefully this week, if I can find the time!)

Meanwhile, I needed to make a quick 200,000Cr, so I've just redone George V Rally normal. For extra points! :)

Most races in the Compact Car Cup were too easy due to qualifying. 👎

Sorry guys, real-life took over before I had a chance to make an update list again, and I'm back over in England until mid-December now, so the update will have to wait. Rest assured it will occur before Xmas. :)

Endurance races: Nurburgring 4hr
Car: Ford Focus RS (no oil) / FF / 217HP / 1050KG / 4.8kg/HP / S1/S2 / 177 A-spec by Deathclown66

against this lineup: (somewhere around 25th)
Subaru WRX STI
FPV F6 Typhoon
Jaguar S Type R
Ford Focus RS
Alfa Romeo (something)

Very nice race, I only pulled securely in the lead around the 3hr mark, and only finished about 23 seconds ahead of the scooby. Very satisfying to best them in the evil FF drivetrain, pitting every 3 laps versus the Sub's 5. Finished the race somewhere around 20-28 seconds after the 4hr mark.
Laps Completed: 29
Best Lap: 8:04.9

A few more races of stock car fun:

European Hall: Euro Hot Hatch League- (all races)

Car: '54 Mercedes SL300 Coupe (oil changed) / FR / 226 HP / 176 A-spec pts. by RVDNuT374

As promised, I've finally got around to updating my list, it's now current to RVDNuT374's post above. I've just sent the email to hispeed so a post #1 update will happen shortly, when he has some time to spare.

Thanks again for all the submissions, welcome once again to Deathclown66, and keep those races coming!

Just finished a race report, complete with photos, for this too! 👍

Endurance Hall: Super Speedway 150
Car: '91 Mazda 787B Race Car (Used, oil changed, R1 tires, downforce @ 63/80) / MR / 801HP / 830 kg / 1.04 kg/hp / 126 A-spec pts. by RVDNuT374

Ok, firstly post #1 is now up to date again, up to and including RVDNuT374's submissions from December 4th. Thanks hispeed! 👍

Secondly, I've been working on some stock points for 1000 miles! event. Still not quite triple figures, but a higher entry for all races than what's already present. :D

European Hall: 1000 miles! : All races
Car: Toyota Celica 1600GT (TA22) '70 (Used, no oil, S1 tyres) / FR / 103HP / 940kg / 9.1kg/HP / 93 A-spec points.

vs. first lineup after reset, which has these cars in this order:-
1st VW Karmann Ghia Coupe (Type-1) '68
2nd Fiat 500F '65
3rd Honda S800 '66
4th Alfa Romeo Giulia Sprint GTA 1600 '65
5th Marcos Mini Marcos GT '70

Japanese Hall: All Japan GT Championship- all races
Car: '01 Toyota Altezza Touring Car (R2 tires, oil changed) / FR / 321HP / 1000kg / 3.21 kg/hp / 200 A-spec pts! by RVDNuT374

👍

Here's a good one:

Endurance Hall: Laguna Seca 200
Car: Suzuki GSX-R/4 '01 (R1 tires, oil changed) / MR / 184HP / 640kg / 3.5kg/hp / 200 A-spec pts! by RVDNuT374

I was up against this field:

1. '05 Ford GT
2. '96 Chevrolet Corvette Grand Sport
3. '05 Saleen S7
4. '00 Ford Mustang SVT Cobra
5. '03 Shelby Series 1 Supercharged

Final margin of victory after 2 hrs 20 min of racing: less than 1 sec (although I spent almost as much time offroad as onroad. With cleaner driving, I could've won by at least 10 sec.)

Which car gave you the most trouble? Was it the Shelby? I ran this race myself and it was down to the last lap, great fun, same cars.

Which car gave you the most trouble? Was it the Shelby? I ran this race myself and it was down to the last lap, great fun, same cars.

The Ford GT and the Saleen were my biggest competitors. Everyone else was well off the pace. :)

Extreme Hall - Like The Wind

Car: Mercedes Benz CLK GTR '98 / MR / 797HP / 1000kg / 1.25 Kg/HP / 200 A-spec

Grid: Nissan R92CP, Audi R8, Minolta 88C-V, Pescarolo Courage and Pescarolo C60

Settings: Completely stock!, 0 miles, No Oil Change
R3/R3 - Auto Trans @ 20 - Ride Height @ 60/60 - Min. DF

Without dropping the ride height and downforce, top speed was limited. Above settings topped out at 240mph!

Caught the lead pack in the draft on the back straight during the first lap. Motored past at 254mph and never looked back.
The Nissan and Minolta both pitted, the Audi and Pescarolo didn't but still lost by over 10 sec.

Took me most of the day to win a new car, find the right field and figure out the settings.

Not the magic 200, but still a decent championship:

American Hall: All American Championship- Seattle
Car: '69 Ford GT40 Race Car (R2 tires, no oil, downforce @ 35/50) / MR / 500 HP / 998 kg / 1.996 kg/hp / 168 A-spec pts. by RVDNuT374

American Hall: All American Championship- Infineon Raceway- Sports Car Course
Car: '69 Ford GT40 Race Car (R2 tires, no oil, downforce @ 32/47) / MR / 500 HP / 998 kg / 1.996 kg/hp / 171 A-spec pts. by RVDNuT374

American Hall: All American Championship- New York
Car: '69 Ford GT40 Race Car (R3 tires, no oil, downforce @ 38/50) / MR / 500 HP / 998 kg / 1.996 kg/hp / 143 A-spec pts. by RVDNuT374

American Hall: All American Championship- El Capitan Reverse
Car: '69 Ford GT40 Race Car (R2 tires, no oil, downforce @ 28/37) / MR / 500 HP / 998 kg / 1.996 kg/hp / 184 A-spec pts. by RVDNuT374

American Hall: All American Championship- Laguna Seca
Car: '69 Ford GT40 Race Car (R2 tires, no oil, downforce @ 32/44) / MR / 500 HP / 998 kg / 1.996 kg/hp / 175 A-spec pts. by RVDNuT374

Running these races on reduced downforce was easy until NY, where I was up against a quick Panoz. El Capitan and Laguna Seca favor high downforce setups, so with R2's and lowered downforce, they were "fun" to say the least.

More stock races:

European Hall: British GT Championship- Grand Valley, El Capitan, Infineon
Car: '90 Lotus Carlton (used, oil changed) / FR / 381 HP / 1655 kg / 4.34 kg/hp / 200 A-spec pts. by RVDNuT374

A driver who finds the right lineup might be able to sweep the series in this car. Fuji was hopeless against the TVR Tuscan. Midfield I got wasted off the line and was poised to finish 2nd when the Tamora spun me out putting me back to 6th.

completely stockers ram in teh sport truck series. 200 points each race. its doable no matter what the competition :)

did it this morning :)

Race: El Capitan 200

Car: Acura HSC '04 / MR / 330HP / 1150kg / 3.486kg/HP / 200 A-spec by m2r

Field rounded out by:
Lotus Motor Sport Elise '99
Shelby Series 1 Super Charged '03
TVR T350C '03
TVR Cerbera Speed 6 '97
Mercedes SL 65 AMG (R230) '04

The HSC was freshly won. Tuning consisted of setting traction control to one and the other aids to zero.

HSC laid down fastest lap of 1'51.728 and Lotus was the only car in contention but couldn't manage better than 1'54s or so. Everyone but the Lotus and Shelby were down a lap by 18 and even they were down a lap by the end which came at 2:08'18.368.

CLUB 200 welcomes 3 new members for the new year!
M2R for his El Capitan enduro submission. Thanks for taking the time to list the car stats correctly, and the lineup too! 👍
johnnya1306 for his AMG CLK endeavour in Like The Wind, again thanks for the lineup info too! 👍
And ving, who joins the ranks of folks who've done a Ram race. I'll add your name to the list, being as the truck is already listed with its stats. In future though, please have a read through the rules in post #1, and post your submissions in the correct format, M2R's post above is a good reference point for how it should be done.

It is, as has been pointed out many times in the past, well known that the Dodge Ram has a distinctly unfair advantage in gaining A-spec points, and can be used for stock 200 point races here, there, and everywhere. Since it's widely known, we don't wish to clutter up the list with every race that any Tom, Dick or Harry has done with the Ram (there'd be enough for a whole thread by itself!) and mainly try to keep an up-to-date and accurate list of high-point and maximum-point stock races in vehicles that don't enjoy the same A-spec glitch as the Ram. 👍

I've been busy travelling a lot with work at the beginning of this year and haven't had time to compile an update yet, look out for it towards the end of the month when things settle down, and M2R, johnnya1306 & ving's names will be added to the CLUB 200 list in post #1 at that time.

Happy New Year CLUB 200!

This is one I ran last night (and no I didn't just copy Smallhorses' post ;) ) :

Endurance Hall: New York 200
Car: '01 Honda NSX-R Concept (Oil changed, S1 tires) / MR / 304HP / 1270kg / 4.18 kg/hp / 200 A-spec pts. by RVDNuT374 👍

I was up against the 4th or 5th lineup after a reset:

1. '99 Dodge Viper GTS
2. '97 TVR Cerbera Speed Six
3. '03 Dodge Viper SRT-10
4. '03 TVR 350C
5. '90 Chevrolet Corvette ZR-1

Overall it was actually a boring race, as pit stops were the only time the lead changed between me and the Cerbera. Making one less stop than the Cerbera, I won by about 20 sec.

Ok, I want to address a couple of issues here. :grumpy:

Endurance races: Sarthe 24hr I
Car: Nissan R390 GT1 Race car '98 (R1 Tires) / MR / 641HP / 1000kg / 1.6kg/HP / 200 A-spec by route_66

Firstly, this is in post #1. I have just spent the past 2 hours reading every post in this thread, and nowhere is it ever mentioned in any submissions by route_66 that he'd done this race & car combination. I have to raise this since I don't believe this is at all possible. I have been trying this in the used Nissan R390 GT1 Race Car '98, and it requires a particular lineup and then an adjustment to the downforce in order to gain 200 points. What's more it's then patently impossible to get anywhere near to the Sauber C9 or Nissan R92CP which blow away the used Nissan! :yuck: The other thing is that for some reason, the used Nissan comes with 712HP on used oil, compared to the 4,500,000Cr brand-new liveried version which has only 641HP. Sadly at the moment I don't have the latter car to check this, but I seriously doubt this can be done, and as I've said, nowhere in this thread has route_66 even mentioned it, so it's not his fault. That said I'd like to remove this from the list to avoid having more people (other than myself) waste a lot of time trying to repeat the impossible.

Endurance races: Fuji 1000km
Car: Nissan R390 GT1 Race Car (Black Used, no oil, S1 tyres) / MR / 531HP / 1000kg / 1.88kg/HP / 200 A-spec by CBR250RR

Secondly given what I've just mentioned above regarding the worn-in HP of the Nissan R390 GT1 Race Car '98 being 712HP on the selling screen, I'm wondering how CBR250RR came up with the following numbers in this submission. While it was undoubtably an incredible achievement, and he posted a screenshot, the numbers are wrong, so I think they should be corrected to the real values, which would be 712HP / 1000kg / 1.4kg/HP.

What do you lot think? hispeed?

Beginners hall: Lightweight cup race 3 - Driving Park Beginners course
Car: Daihatsu Move CX '95 (Used, no oil) / FF / 49HP / 740kg / 15.1kg/HP / 127 A-spec points.

vs. 3rd lineup after reset. Took several attempts as clean passing is tricky here, but the secret is to hardly ever lift off the gas! Left foot brake into the 1st turn with accelerator fully planted, and you can pass folks easily here in the later laps, similarly the AI always brakes too much for the chicane, so you can catch a lot there if you're careful! Have a completely clean replay saved for this if anyone in NTSC-land would like to see it! 👍

Haven't had chance to do a list update yet, but hopefully in the next couple of weeks I'll get round to it. The weekend is going to be taken up snowboarding though, so I'll have to find time one evening. :P

*edit* Another race, for which there's no entry as yet.
Manufacturer's Events : Race of the Red "R" Emblem : New York Reverse
Car: Nissan Skyline GT-R V-spec N1 (R34) '99 (Used, no oil) / 4WD / 296HP / 1550kg / 5.2kg/HP / 153 A-spec points.

vs. 3rd lineup after reset. Has one of the early 80's Skylines leading the pack, (or maybe the boxy '87 one?) and no 70's Skylines present.

*edit* A little more housekeeping has seen me up my points by 30 for another race in this series.
Manufacturer's Events : Race of the Red "R" Emblem : Suzuka Circuit
Car: Nissan Skyline GT-R '96 (Used, no oil) / 4WD / 289HP / 1530kg / 5.3kg/HP / 160 A-spec points.

Again vs. 3rd lineup after reset. It's the '84 Skyline that's on pole. ;)

And another 17 points over my previous total here. :)
Manufacturer's Events : Race of the Red "R" Emblem : Fuji 80's
Car: Nissan Skyline GT-R Vspec LM Limited (R33) '96 (Used, no oil) / 4WD / 289HP / 1540kg / 5.3kg/HP / 167 A-spec points.

This time against about 6th or 7th lineup after reset. The first lineup which has all 4WD Skylines, the '97 being the oldest one in the race.
