what about seattle? i know i personally love the city and its teams, but in GT, seattle is also a great course, very challenging... this track with a good fast car is a awesome experience... like, a jaguar 220 LM here...

i love autumn ring, its my favorite course other than the great and still remembered grindwald, but there´s still some tracks before we rerun the ones we already know...

just, everyweek we have a different experience, each week its a different challenge, that brings out different skills on us...

also, anything with a escudo would bring me back some great memories... :sly: of a time that will not get back... oh, i´m talk like an old guy... :ill:

We'll do a 3 lapper for Week 24, since there seems to be a demand for it. I already have a car and track picked out for it. I try to do hotlaps most of the time, because it helps keep attendance up a bit, since it takes less time to do one lap than 3-5 (usually).

3 laps of Tsukuba coming up in the Subaru 360? :P

Tsukuba! No way! 3 laps of the 'Ring in the 360!

Seriously, that would be quite interesting.....

3 laps of the ring in a ruf with n2's, and they have to be clean :dopey:

Yeah Yellowbird at the Ring!!! :D
hahah nice call dion! that race would be nuts!
hmmm.... 3 laps of a short track would be good. so long it isn't tooooooOOoo long! :P

~~~~ Jase
(I was joking, btw...)
Seriously though, I'd like to do Tsukuba in something reasonably low powered. Maybe a standard NSX-R.
The yellowbird is a F'n dog with sports tires on it. I don't want to drive that anywhere with sports tires on it. Wouldn't be fun, just a pain in my ass.
I'd love to see a Sports tired Stratos around Seattle though... That's awesome fun, drifting around. Even without tuning it, I wonder what it'd be like with a 20% increase in power and a 10% decrease in weight. Anyway, it's a fun drive...
I'd rather not go flying around Seattle, I'd love to drive a medium speed car that will drift, that'd kick ass.
I'd like to see the HKS Silvia get a race. On the ring would be awesome, but Apricot would be pretty fun too. A tuning event with either the HKS, or the K's Aero S14 anywhere would be awesome. Tune the car anyway you want except for having NOS and see who goes across the line the fastest.
How about: 3 laps race @ Tsukuba Wet with the Yellow Bird on N3 tires? :D
[TheWizard runs and hide fearing a major beating...]
The Wizard.
I personally love the look of the new Mustang '05, and we havn't done a road car since week 18!
Maybe the Mustang around say....Suzuka East, which in my opinion is a very good track that isn't used nearly enough.
Is West the one that uses the start of the track, those uphill esses, then turns right onto the start/finish line?
If so, I assume East is the one that starts at the straight before 130R, then turns right before the Casio ( :) ) Triangle? Because that is the one I mean, West is pretty good too, I actually like both of these individually more then the whole thing.
West is the one that starts before 130R and turns off before the triangle.
please something a little more difficult this week, and hotlap...
seattle or route 5 come to mind...
seattle on a good rally car like the ford escort or those lancers evo is really fun, very entertaining track...
route 5 is also a joy... a forgotten but lovelly toyota GTone would be a good choice...
I agree on this one CFM. Route 5/GT One (maybe allow the black car to enter as well?) Or perhaps for a REAL change of pace....hehe....pm'ing one of us (on Monday, and only once in a while) and letting us choose a combo. Just a thought.
Black GT-ONE!
That's hardly fair, some people may be 700 days from getting one, I'm at least 100 on my second time through.
But route 5 is a good track, why not just do the Saleen S7 Special Licence Test (S4 or S5, I can't remember)?
Id like to see more GT Mode races. one thing that would really help me and others is to learn how to setup cars. We saw in BC how crucial settings can be.
Id also like the odd 3 - 5 lapper here and their, preferably races that start from a standing start as that allows you to get rid of the AI before the 1st corner.
Consistency is key also.
It seems as though BC6 will be in march 2006, so it would be great to have a few GTP'ers who know how to setup cars so they can help with that.
Me to,those kinda of races are the best :sly: :)
So,nobody is interested to see a 2nd rally race at wrs?A pity... :indiff:
I missed the first rally...joined the week after :( i cant rally though...lol :crazy:
id like to see one though, but maybe in a few weeks, i cant handle two disasterous weeks in a row...
I really want to see some GT Mode races too. Maybe something like a Corvette Z06 at SSR5?
Didn't see your original post about suggesting a rally, but I'm all for it. Would love to get a drive in the EVO IV '97 Rally Car on just about any of the courses, particularly Grand Canyon or Tahiti Maze. Or maybe a slower option, like a Focus or Escort Rally at Ice Arena? ;)
Yeah, I'm all for a rally too. The first week I joined WRS was a rally and I really enjoyed it.
I do think we should have a go at ice, we've had 25 weeks and still havn't done a new inclusion into GT4. Everythinks the Ice Rallys are awful, but maybe they just havn't had enough practise on it yet, WRS to the rescue!
