That was my whole point - that the Steelers fans would be bi***ing if they'd been on the other side of the fence.

Exactly. I'm a Steelers fan and I'm happy they won, but I don't care if people complain about the calls its not going to change the outcome of the game. I'll admit there were questonable calls in there and if they had gone the other I'd probably would be complaining too.

Hey! Someone actually gets it! 👍

Again, if any of you were familiar with the rules or new football as more than a 'spectator sport' as all of you do, since none of you seem to have ever played the game in your life, you would know that of the "calls" there was 1 bad, and 1 questionable.

Quit bickering, if you can't handle that, then put up or shut up. I've explained clearly why the holding call was bad, and why it doesn't matter about the TD.

Everything else was more than justified as a penalty, they were not "questionable" at most it is media spin.

If you want to argue, prove your case in point about the penalties, and I'll be more than happy to prove you wrong.

1. Holding occures on nearly 90% of all plays. It all comes down to if a ref wants to call it or not... It was minimal and far less worse then many of the other holding calls I've seen this year that went unnoticed.

2. The clipping call was wrong. As the players were comming off of a turn over, I could see how the refs would get confused. It was the wrong call and it would have made a dif in the game. As the players on the team that now had the ball were playing the roll of offence, the call that was made was the wrong one... Even the announcers said it several times.

3. The push off in the endzone was a good call, thought it was kind of strange as the push off didn't really stop the defensive player from trying to swat the ball. The deffender simply gave up... And the receiver, where his position was and where the pass was going would have resulted in a TD reguardless. It was chintsy at best... But still the right call... But would have changed the game had it not been made...

4. Roth's TD was too close to call. They should have been made to take another run at it. Put the ball on the TD line and let them put it in. That way, there are no questions asked... That was a gimme. Even on the replay, there wasn't any real proof that led me to say that "YES! That was a touchdown." The play should have been made on the side of the defence on that one...

There was too much officiating in this game for my taste... It's the Super Bowl, the biggest game of the year, let the players play the game... It's like calling a break away in overtime playoff hockey... There had really better be something really wrong with the play to make a call like that... Same goes for many of the calls in this game, not to mention the league this year...

P.S. Played Highschool, College, a semi-pro league and now coach football...

P.P.S. This is comming from a guy that was cheering for the Steel, but was disapointed that they didn't win it outright... They likely would have won the game reguardless. Due to these calls, there will forever be a little mark next to their win that says "won the game, but got a little help from the refs"

End of story is...Maybe people in attendance should not be giant va9ina's and rush the field and whoop some azz...Maybe then the Ref's wouldn't be such blatant panzies.
