Crap about my Race 1 DC when I was running 7th, but 5th in R2 made up for that. The 11th I got in R3 was more than I expected I'd get all day beforehand.

As usual, tried to race as cleanly as possible within touring car racing style, but everyone around me took that as a invitation to divebomb, push me off-track and use my car to stop theirs instead of using their own brakes...

I'd like to point something out here...
You know that there is this "Locked In" thing? What's the point?
People (like myself) refuse offers to go out to the local pub on a Saturday night and stay in to race. We want to race through the full night; and not get thrown off because we didn't "Qualify" and then be clicking our heels for the rest of the evening...
Think having 32 drivers or however many there are and having that stupid Qualifying thing is pointless; and annoying.

It stops people who are incredibly slow getting into the race and taking a championship contenders spot. And if you can still go to the pub, 8 o'clock is hardly late...

Still; it's confusing for friends.
If you say no, and you won't be around and they go early (several have kids - so want to be back before late); and then you get kicked out the race, it becomes confusing and everything...
Even thinking about it gives me a headache.
Still, it's not exactly fair on those who are slow; as if they never qualify - then they'll think they're awful and not try any more..

Apart from the usual TOCA contact I actually enjoyed my return 
, although some things really do need to be cut out, not that thats ever changed :/.
And guys all these "burn" comments and stuff towards Scan arent helping the thread "mood", everyones entitled to an opinion but keep things amongst yourselfs if you have something to say that might stir things.

Or if someone who missed round 1 and was destroyed by the poorness of the Pug in round 2 gets wrecked and out for round 3, and who cant make round 4, gets his championship wrecked

I have had a love for racing all my life; and have always wanted to race. However, I do want to spend time with my Friends and Family, as well as my Wife. It's not all about racing you know, I'm not just going to throw my wife out the Window so I can play a Racing Game...
The Pub was an example (although I was going to go to the Pub tonight).
Yes, but it's not fair if someone is made to look a bad driver if they never Qualify for a race? Works both ways, doesn't it?
