Apologies for lack of updates, will get things on track. Twissy-gate has kinda chucked all the points tables in chaos, and we got the specs to finish tweaking as well.

I will probably pull out of t8ca if I don't qualify next time because I find that not qualifying is a bit of wasted time.also because my ps3 is in the front lounge my parents have To go upstairs which is not fair on them.
In my opinion the top 12 lockdown should not be in place it should be first come first served.

It could be driving style, not getting the exit speed or running a bit wide. Even if you lose only a tenth in every corner, once you have 10 corners that's the difference.

Ford was toned down a bit but still is fast around GVE.
Pre-Season I did 1:06mid-high in the Ford. Smuffy in the VW did same, and I remember pretty nice battles with him in the pre-season races. In addition others where at "equal"-pace too and we had pretty mch epic close races.
I did 1:07.3 as fastest at Saturday. In addition I was 3 weeks away from PS3/Interwebs
=> It would be possible to be faster.
But I still think the Setup is more important than the Specs. For example last season.
No one picked the Mini because they didn´t test it correct and tried a few things.
All said it was slow on the straights, and what did I?? outpaced others on them straights in the Mini.
=> You see setting up a Car correct will gain you plenty of Time.
Ford is same. It has weaker brakes but the cornerspeeds you can achieve are higher than other FWD´s (with the correct settings) and the Torque it has (5 cylinders for the win) is huge even without E1 (40.0kgf.m and with E1 41.2kgf.m) and it surely has good grip even at start.
But I almost couldn´t pass after the Straight at GVE. I used the draft but the Pug and the Honda where non-reachable for me, but they are trickier to drive (but they should get respeced

==> At other Tracks the Honda might not be that fast (espacially if there is a super slow Hairpin or Turn in general)
